body:
row 1-7: chain 2, dc
place pins in the middle, 8 stitches apart
row 8: dc until pin
r9: flip work, dc until end of row
r10: dc until last 2 stitches, flip work
r11-top: dc (i think you decrease 2 stitches every row? not sure?)
(repeat on other side)
NECK RIBBING:
chain 6
back loop sc until it fits around the neck?
