    This bar looks awesome, you guys have done a great job.
    What colour/colour code is the bar painted or powder Coated?

      Hi Todd thanks for the feedback I must admit i reckon it came up a treat. The colour well what can I say some Toyota or Ford die hard fans would thing this might be wrong but on this Ford we could not go past Toyota's Graphite from the LC200 Series. But hey it looks good.

      tjmbrendale it sure does look good. I have a Hilux but am moving to a ranger soon and I’ve been looking at the TJM gear. Thanks for the info.

      tjmbrendale good to know, I’m looking at a Norweld tray and canopy, I spoke to the guys at the Sydney 4x4 show and they said they do a modified tray tool box to match the angle of the TJM Rear Bar like on your rig. The two together looks neat. Thanks again :)

    Do you guys have side rails that match from the side steps to the alloy bar?

    • @tjmbrendale
      @tjmbrendale  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I guess our steel side bars would off the side steps but if you want in polished alloy no sorry only black powder coated steel

    I am told you have to remove bullbar to fit winch, so does this mean every time i need to service i have to remove the bar

      Hi Tony. Yes some of our designs work with the removal of grill and remove from the top however some cars don't allow for this. To maintain our integrated bull bar mounts, rated recovery points and winch platform we sometimes cannot allow for easy winch removal. The bar design is not to bad to remove for winch service especially with the special slots in the antenna tabs to slide antenna out of the way.

    Just ordered a T15 bar and was told Signature bar couldn't be powdercoated, what technique did you guys use? Paint?

    • @tjmbrendale
      @tjmbrendale  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi it is a very easy process on the video attached we powder coated the bull bar black first then we painted the bull bar. Can I ask which TJM Distributor you are going through I can call them for you and discuss. The way we have done it is not normal most people will just powder coat and this is much easier.

      Hi, yes please @tjmbrendale, TJM Canberra (Fyshwick) is dealer. Bars going on a fortuner, (they will know who for) they were advised there normal powdercoater couldn't do it due to some scientific reason. Thanks for the support, the shape of the bar is favoured over the steel bar on the fortuner.

      So I have spoken with TJM Canberra and I have given them the contact details of my powder coater to call and discuss. I think maybe the difference would be that the powder coater in Canberra cannot acid dip first? If he cannot maybe someone else in Canberra can do it? TJM Canberra will be in touch soon.
