This is probably favorite button combo fighting game because I love how it can be one hell of a ride, whether you’re kicking ass or your ass is getting kicked. Also the Jojo fan service is amazing. Just about everyone (except Kahn and probably Rubber) is made with so much heart and has a lot of care put in to make them feel like their source material. It may not be a perfect game, but it is for sure a masterpiece. That’s how all masterpieces are, flaw but beautiful
Motion's Memes New Kakyoin (AKA shades Kak) has different inputs for his moveset, as well as a floaty back-dash and a new super. Rubber Soul (the taller Kak) plays much, much differently than the other Kakyoins. In a nutshell, he's Kak with a Passive stand rather than an active one. He has limited combo options but pretty good footsie game and solid damage output.

I don't see anything overpowered in the last Polnareff combo with SCR. SCR costs 3 gauges and Tandem costs 1 gauge, so it is very expensive exchange for guaranteed damage.

I'd love Santana, F.F, both users of Ratt as a single character, Mikitaka, Abbacio for sure, Bluford would be a cool hybrid between Yukako and Polnaref. Jobin, Norisuke, Green Green Grass of Home would be a cool character by himself. We need Kyo Nijimura for sure too.

hol horse is mid tier, new people complain about him so much because he's very good against new players since they don't know how to approach and fighting him requires knowing the difference between high and low attacks and blocking correctly quickly. also most of his moves are unsafe up close but new players dont know how to punish
it's mostly a joke but it's also not the most balanced. pet shop is so broken he's banned, and a really good kakyoin player can wipe the floor with anyone. khan and mariah are also bad compared to other characters, but people still play as them in tournaments and do well. like most fighting games, it mostly just depends on your skill
Fabiosciacallo generally he's a nuisance to deal with since he flies and has quick moves that deal a lot of damage, but also because he has easy touch of death combos
