I stubbled upon you guys a few days ago and i was amazed by this! I thought i figured out how Handkerchief steers, but i was slightly off. For the piano, i had no idea, so this was awesome to see how the magic is done! Watching from America!
I was incorrect on how the Bassicle is steered. I actually thought she was leaning the instrument one way or the other on the front bracket to steer. But in reality, the steering mechanisms on both instruments are so very clever! Thank you for explaining things.
One could surmise that the timbre of that augmented chord is directly proportional to the thrust vector of the steering angle all things being equal of a matter of course.......
Very clever and all rather wacky.... That piano looks really beaten up but it's all in tune. You guys could be a brilliant kids show, love your eccentricity ☺🥰
That was fascinating to learn how you both move the instruments! How wonderful! And doesn’t the weather look superb too! Love to see you both! 🙋♀️💕💝🇦🇺
To do all that manouvering ( had to look up the spelling) and play an augmented 5th and a diminished 5th○......takes immense skill and concentration!!!! ♡♡♡♡♡♡!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
love it , this is pure children/adult comedy educational program like inigo pipkins without puppets and a touch of worsel, i knew when i first saw ye at the radford mill flufee farm, that magical nostalga was before me , wotabunch of circus heros you festival shenaniganers are , bkess ya both
So genial 👍👌👏.
Very clever design. My question is how those two bicycle wheels support the weight of that piano ? Unless maybe you lightened the cabinet itself somehow, or replaced it with a light plywood copy and aged it ?.. okay - enough questions, better to simply enjoy the performance 😊
Our tandem crew weighs about 400 lbs, bike itself maybe 50 lbs, and it does 50 mph downhill. A wood framed piano weighs about 350 lbs, Rimski isn't heavy and he pedals about 3 mph. Also the piano has three wheels.
I already figured them both out, but its always a treat to hear it from the ones who made it work. The bassycle is a lot like hokum w. jeebs' musical ride, the first motive piano i ever saw, tho the oldest seems to have been ed wynne's. There's at least one other somewhere in england, and one seems to be based in disney tokyo. Each are different in mechanism, and playing style.
You guys popped up on my FB scrolls the other day, and I'm so glad you did! I aaaaalmost didn't watch this because I worried it would take away some of the magic, knowing how you steer. But it didn't! Your comedy is so refreshing! Thanks for the magic and joy you spread.
The fact you can play sing pedal and Stear all while watching where you are going to not crash is insanely impressive
Thanks for the insight!
If I ever run away to join the circus, yours is the circus I most want to join!

The wackiest brilliant cutest genius with real talent, love it all....♥️♥️♥️
Love these people. Amazing. Wish I could hire them .... would be amazing....
It's so nice to see real talent in an age of commercial hyped up amateurs.
Damn straight and then some. 😊
I'm not sure how you ended up in my feed but this is one of the most unique ideas I've ever seen. I'm completely fascinated. Thanks!❤ 👍
How clever. Have always wondered how you both drive your instruments. Thanks for sharing. Watching from Adelaide South Australia
And your hand brake is out of an LDV, really good to see you're back on TH-cam!
What a joy to see real entertainment. I don't think I will ever visit the UK. But if I did, you both would be on the top of the list.
It was driving me insane. Thank you to you both !
That's genius! Great job! ❤
Lovely to see you both enjoying the spring weather. Can't wait to see more uploads and songs from rimski's yard
you are both magnificent

By George, I think you've got it. 😊
You're back 🎉❤

Thank you for telling AND showing us how you both steer!☺️ Patricia in Wellsville, New York, USA
Ah! Diminished fith chords definitely do go that way! But! Never knew you could get an augmented to achieve a major transition! Wonderful! 🥳👊😎👍
you have discovered a new way to have fun. And I love it 🎉
Brilliant
Hello Rimski and Handkerchief!
"it's seems everyone here was suddenly driven MAD"
I love you both so much
I am an partially deaf with autism musical ( trying to) person and you are the best thank you so much
Only found you very recently. Enjoy your talent!
Hope you do more videos soon.
Who made both instruments road worthy? Who had the brilliant idea to do so?
It was Rimski and friends.

Seeing how the world is starting to fall apart, and people aren't happy with who they are, more of this would be soul healing.
I absolutely LOVE you guys!!! Brilliant! ❤

That means instead of them coming to Germany you can do a holiday and train ride to them under the Channel to see them.
You two are absolutely amazing.
these two would love new england im sure
It is so clever it is almost a disapoinment, almost. So much fun.

Excellent point, I had to move a piano out of my garden once. It was super heavy.
'Ere Dad, do you know the piano's on my foot ?
"You hum it son, I'll play it !"
You've got to be a certain age to rember this ! 😅

Lovely stuff. The only question I have is... why are you sharing your trade secrets on the internet?
Cheers from the US!
Thanks. You kids are great!

Very original
OMG...I found you!!!!!
Amazing👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
That, is ingenious! Tell me, how often do you need to tune the piano, and do you tune it yourself??
👍
I had a feeling it was something to do with the seats
Maravilha!🇧🇷
Complimenti, idea molto geniale e creativa. Volevo chiedervi in che periodo si collocano le musiche e i costumi? Grazie
💐💐💐❤️😂
So she uses bum steering. Sounds clever to me. 😅
❤😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Hilarious
