Will a psychiatrist from culture A have a harder time than a psychiatrist from culture b on diagnosing a patient from culture b ? If so does this mean that a psychiatrist whom got his degree from a different country than that at where he practices his profession will not be as efficient at treatment as a psychiatrist who got his degree from the same country ?
