We do know the scam artist gave them the comments about him which were read at the commencement ceremony.
Here's what Gerami told the students in his commencement speech:

He started with a landscaping business in 2016, then an investment company for 3 years, shifted to hydroponic farming in 2020, bought his pot farm in 2023 and now in 2024 he's got more money than God. Actually, it's not a "pot farm," it's a "hydroponic produce business with industrial hemp. The company makes money through an agreement with a farming buyback program."

They should be looking into FAMU finances. The individuals were too thirsty for the alleged donation. What are they trying to cover up and believed this donation would help?
The fact that he skipped over schools in his home state of Texas to donate to a school in Florida and he has no connection to FAMU? Blinded by greed.
Am I the only one who had an issue with the schools allocating 42% of the scam donation to athletics? Are we not guiding our young black people toward STEM or are we still pushing sports?
