***BEFORE YOU BUY A NEW PUMP***If you don't hear a click when you press the handle there is a pretty good chance that you have a broken handle button. That's a much easier and less costly fix - pack of two for $5 on eBay -...There are 4 screws to take out to get to the connecting button and you don't need to completely pull the handle body apart to access the other two screws to replace the faulty connecting button.
Can you help me with a part number or exact verbiage so I can buy this part on eBay? Having a hard time finding it. Our handle button is broken. Thanks!!

Hello - sorry, we were bought out by a repair shop (they bought 100 pumps) we are restocked - $24.99 shipped we provide a schematic showing what screws to remove - takes about 20 minutes total. if you HEAR or FELL the pump clicking/thumping, and no water - this SHOULD fix the issue. if you hear or fell NOTHING, you may have a different isssue

I just bought a new Bissell Symphony Pet All-In-One Vacuum and Steam from Bed Bath & Beyond for $145.80 to replace my 1543 model that stopped steaming. I wanted to repair it (I always try to recycle) but unfortunately it was cheaper to replace.

Are you able to provide some additional info on this part? I believe this is the issue with mine, the handle just feels 'off'.

Don’t buy it. There are no instructions on how to replace it. And he still doesn’t give the instructions when asked. Waste of money

My Bissell steam mop is leaking water out the back, what would cause that?
Could be too much pressure in the system and the relief valve is opening up. Or it could be that your heater outlet is clogged up.

Hello - if yer pump CLICKS but no steam that usually means the one-way valve is bad - this pump should fix the issue

Is pump in the foot?
remove the lower mop part, the pump is next to the heater in the very bottom of the mop body

So stinking disappointed in this steam mop...only used a few times and pump is bad. Dumping the whole thing and going back to a Shark.
