    Basically presenting a view to the court that he is not sick but he is entitled, and entitlement should be defended by a priority court inside the ANC. The country's courts should be seen as allies to the ANC and not a standalone representation of the law and the rule of law. Am I the only one hearing the narrative here?

      It's a commonly used strategy by politicians pulling strings . Shaik one of the more recent conmen to successfully utilize this loophole in the government system. Note it is not a loophole in the justice system as it normally is functional for criminals whom are terminally ill and are released to families. Politicians abuse the privilege of such a system being in place. Once he is returned to his cell, his original sentence should be extended for total waist of court time and money.

      Well said, Thanks to God that you got out of that evil zuma nest. Anyone that stands or sides with zuma is the same as him,thats the reason why the anc will never get out of the position they're finding themselves in, because 80 % of them still supports the biggest corrupt, liar and political disaster that has ever hit SA after this man zuma came into the SA political arena of our country. He didn't only bancrapt our economy to such a disastrous state that it messed up the future of our youth and young generation, he had devived, our people to such an state that hatred amongs our people are turning them into murderers and hooligans by fighting and backing this corrupt, lying, man zuma.My which for our country is that GOD will open the eyes of zuma supporters and let them realize that the longer they support this man zuma and the anc the longer it will take for them to plan a future for themselves, there kids and the rest of our youth. The anc has let this country so far down by offering SA a man like zuma to put in control of our country and vote him in to a president of a country.The truth will prevail Mr zuma "THE TRUTH WILL PREVAIL" Not the dalhi, s, or your lawyers will stand in the way of the TRUTH, but GOD will get us out of this disastrous situation. 🙏🙏🙏

      @@zero10111 Even though this is written like you are high on something, let me indulge you a little. I am black. Let me agree for argument's sake that the DA and Afriforum are white groups.
      Now, explain this: where are black groups to fight for justice? Why are black groups silent when the highest court in the land, a court that Zuma himself fought for to exist during his apartheid days, is threatened by Zuma? Why are we black people supporting a criminal and condoning lawlessness?
      Which white people were never called to the commission who committed crimes that fell within the terms of reference of this commission? Were you also high on something during the commission that you did not see any white person testifying? Is the infamous Agrizzi black?
      The State image is ruined by people like you who only see colour when the law is broken. Lady justice is blindfolded, that's how the law works. This has got nothing to do with colour. Why are we black people not spending our money on fighting for justice?

      @@danielverwey7980 you are correct, but strange things happen in Africa. People here support crooked leaders in large numbers. To add to that these supporters who are actually a minority love matches more than brick and mortar. We don't need a repetition of what happened in July in KZN and Gauteng. Sometimes we need to bend the rules for the benefit of the majority in the country.

    • @danielverwey7980
      @danielverwey7980 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@nelsonchinasamy9857 the rules and laws DO benefit the majority. When those rules and laws are bent then it hurts the majority. The only time bending the rules and laws benefits the majority is when the rules and laws are immoral and oppressive OR when the majority are a bunch of criminals. I refuse to believe that our current laws are immoral or injust. We can argue over a few things but we have to agree that the legal system is far better than before democracy. I also refuse to believe that the majority of our people are criminals. The majority of our people CHOSE this system and there are now a MINORITY who cherry pick when it comes to Zuma. We must now be held to ransom by those backward elements with a minority view. This is all the legacy of an unjust past, and an highly unequal present day society, hence we have to deal with it. In the meantime, for those who have betrayed our people, who have stolen from them, the rule of law must apply. The tail does not wag the dog
