Having that mandatory field for "reason" is very annoying, especially when you have to do that for a lot of things. Any reason that field is mandatory ? I can understand it might be useful to be there for those who want to remember what was the reason for the change, but making it mandatory ? - it drives me nuts, and wants me to throw everything away :)
