@@Taylordrifts if you decide to get a proper trailer. Please have it wide enough that the boat “sits in it” not on it……. For one. You will see the outside of the guards over the wheels in your side mirrors when reversing. And two you won’t have to back as far in the water to float the boat. Also suggest an impeller upgrade from stock to a inducer blade type. Or Saco dual row impeller. Will lose so,e top speed. But will grip and go and not cavitate with a few people in it.

The 4 seater jet stream seems pretty much perfect, been looking at that hull since cleetus first got into them
Just looked these up. It’s around $50,000 for the larger one. The white and blue one is listed for $27,000 🤯🤯🤯! Thats INSANE MONEY! Im shocked! I would have guessed $6-7k for a haul and $6-7k for engine and accessories. I didn’t put the price beyond $15k which seemed appealing. These are laugh out loud expensive to get into.

u still gonna do the Shreddy Top? i hop so, they look so cool plus it keeps the sun from beaming you and all the junk from trees smacking you. Put some velcro seats in the back for other ppl so the dont sear those cheeks on a hot sunny day.
for the dents, some heat and a slide hammer will get you right. I cant wait to see more boat content. nvr gets old even after watching Cleet and Kyle all this time

I'll tell you Taylor I originally had a two seater Jet Stream and I traded it for a four seater and personally I love the four seater so much better especially if I have to work on it the rear cowl opening the way it does makes all the difference in the world!!!

Where I live there is this phenomenon where all the people who are new to boats is under the impression that a life jacket is dorky. The irony is that it's pretty much the opposite and when someone turns up without a lifejacket everybody knows they're newbies.
The same was going on with helmets in the skislopes 10-20 years ago.
"But I'm a great swimmer." Sure you are... when you're CONSCIOUS. All it takes is a little tap on the head as you go overboard and that's all she wrote. People that don't wear lifejackets are just fucking DUMB. Looking at YOU, Taylor Ray... and occasionally Cleetus and the gang.

@@2strokesimdone833 I did my boaters safety course like 15 years ago. I have both an inflatable and a jet ski style o'niell neoprene life jacket I take with me every time. I know my limits and I'm not doing anything crazy enough to feel the need to wear one. It's my personal choice. I've done sketchy things for a long time. If it bites me, it is what it is. If I felt at risk, I would wear one. The new boat is at the size to not be required. Based on that boaters safety course you mentioned.
Oh please, helmet laws seatbelts it's all nursemaid crap. If you want it please...put it on. Let adults make their own decisions. I'm all for kids in belts. I grew up before we let the wetnurses control our choices. Yeah more deaths but dashboards were steel and no pads no bags no thought on safety but big bumpers and solid frames.
I think I would prefer the lower windshield thing more but the bigger boat it really nice.

I was fishing just north of swamp house when you were out there and saw that big boat pass me as well, crazy to think you go out to the same place as me all the time
I like the blue and grey boat. The thing I would have added is another mounting box to the right of the gauge cluster for a second screen for the passengers to see the depth, speed on water and current location and act as a backup and possibly adding a rear camera to that screen. Would have added an awesome JL Audio sound system a communications radio as well as a Bluetooth intercom with headsets.
Hey man for that big dent up front. They way I’d attack it would be to cut out the bent area reshape it and then fit it back in. I think the shape of the boat in general will fight you on pushing it out.
The bass fisherman in me is drooling over them back waters! So many big virgin fish that probably never seen an artificial bait before.
not sure if you knew but the green key you have is the learner key, and that with a 4-tec model with a throttle cable gives you a 5500 rpm limit.

A trailer with torsion axels is the way to go. So much better for bumps on a small boat trailer.
I've been thinking about getting a jet ski, but I'd rather have something more like this where I'm at in Arkansas. And it looks like I could fish out of it which is the main reason I want a boat
Jetski maintenance sucks cause it's tight in there. I hated just doing an oil change with my hands shoved between the engine and hull to reach the filter. I'm about to sell mine and then start looking at boats next year.

@@mikemartin2423 Taylor is in the Orlando area and JP is an hour or so south of Bradenton (if I remember correctly) so it’s only a ~3-4 hour drive.

Damn that 4 seater need some padding on those 2 center windshield braces. That's just begging to hurt on a sudden stop/jump. Pretty excited to see what v2 of the jetboat will end up as.

Totally need two. That way you always have a backup or a 2nd for buddies to use.
You should build your own trailer. Make it perfect to the boat and get it galvanized. Super easy to register home built trailers.

cool, love the banged up boat.... i immediately started thinking, "hmmmmm what is a good way to pound that dent out of the front?"... in my mind, i came up with a jackhammer with a bowling ball attached to one of the hammers to bang against the aluminum lol.
Build the trailer yourself it would be right up your alley and perfect for content, love the boats. Would you ever consider a giveaway for the smaller boat, like still go ahead and wrap it but with the intention of for a giveaway
Cleetus and James brought 2 Jetstream kits during lock down and built them using 2 crashed jet skis, he got Kyle from BoostedBoiz to come and help weld them up. When Kyle built his he brought a finish welded boat because it was a nightmare of heat and UV building Cleetus,. Of course he has a Turbo K20 in it.
I have a 21 rsracecraft 4 seat , great boats.. One thing I'd buy rsr hull or we'll craft exactly same. Way better ride , way faster hull. Mine stage 1 ran 66 now runs 75 stage 3 still pump gas..

Order a custom cover for the boat, keep it covered and you can keep it outside

Taylor I think it’s been decided the boats name will have to be “Jibber Jabber” and I think it needs a wrap that looks like a fishing lure because even after all the jibber jabber you find a way to lure us all back in for every video!
Taylor would put a hand brake on a jet boat if that was possible 😂
Welder and a slide hammer will fix those dents. Weld some tabs or bend a half hoop out of bar stock. Slide hammer and a little heat from a propane torch. Bang ban your fixed. If you have anything sharp you can't pull after just fill it in with weld then shape it. Wrap and it looks new. We fixed a few aluminum boats that way and made a profit.
Just like patches on a car.
