I like how Hank told them not to aim the rifle at themself. So for the rest of the exercise... they took turns sweeping each other with the muzzle of that blaster rifle. With the safety off.
Also... I have a theory on why storm troopers have been getting less accurate with each batch. They were fighting Jedi so often. It didn't make sense to give a Jedi a perfect pitch to get homerunned back into their face. 😂

Of those you see in this video, the man who is instructing is the Imperial Officer whereas those in white are Imperial Stormtroopers and the one in all black is the Imperial Comerade, which is the leader of the Imperial Stormtroopers. The Imperial Officer is the one who sometimes would say "You're in violation of Imperial Laws" in the video game "Dark Forces" when he spots you. The same man in this video who is the instructor could also very well be the voicing person who voiced the imperial human characters in Dark Forces.

How did these guys ever get through BASIC TRAINING??
Its imperial era basic training. Can you put on the armor? Can you follow orders at least marginally well? Can you tell which is the dangerous end of your blaster? You're ready for deployment!
Actually in Star Wars stormtroopers are supposed to train since they were kids, but the movies are stupid and make their accuracy horrible

Yeah they really should of kept the clone and go for a different helmet design instead of the BucketHead Helmet design
The change was due to doctrine shift. The role of the military changed from traditional warfare against the seperatists to patrolling 'friendly' worlds. This, combined with the Tarkin Doctrine (which basically said its impossible to amass enough forces to properly police the entire galaxy, so we're better off intimidating the population into compliance) meant quantity became more important than quality. Instead of a single squad of clones born and raised for war, an entire battalion recruited and given 2 weeks training.
