The cast iron John Deere is a 90’s reproduction. Original vintage ones are very rare and you can tell them
by the seams. On old original cast iron the seems will line up perfectly with no gaps. The repros have gaps at the seams. Originals are much tighter. The one you bought is worth about what you paid. Maybe slightly more. $25-40.

From the excellent movie "A Star is Born" in 1976. Plus Barbra Streisand won the Academy Award for Best Original Song with her composure for "Evergreen". I too bought the LP & still play it from side to side.
Kris Kristofferson has led a pretty incredible life...a Rhodes Scholar, incredible song writer, decent actor.

I enjoy your videos. One from Nov. of last year made an impression on me. You were dealing with a guy and his wife ( A & J's ?) in a huge barn like building. You bleeped out every time the guy swore, which I thought was very commendable on your part !!
Something so satisfying about the way the game cases sound being opened and closed, and also the sound of the Cartridges being slid in and out of the box. Good find. Good price. Good clean haggling.
That sounds like you're getting ASMR from the boxes. Look up ASMR cartridges/game cases and you'll see what I mean.

It’s very sweet that you understand that sometimes people have emotional attachments to stuff. I don’t have any of that but I understand it. It’s also a kick in the ass sometimes that we spent so much money on stuff that we don’t need or enjoy anymore. Just found you, losing my vision, not many yard sales for me now. So fun seeing what I can see, you! Very cool!

Almost everything I am like pick up you pick up. Good eye I am pretty knowledgeable about antiques but get great education on a lot of the newer stuff.

Yeah man, finally saw a switch in stock at Walmart so I grabbed it. I got one DECENT offer for some N64 stuff…but resale value would’ve been about $250 so not quite there. Probably missed the boat but wanted to try. Good luck to you!

Dude, you're so lucky! I miss living in the mid-west. I grew up in Ohio, and garage sales/rummage sales were gold mines. I live in Florida, near Orlando and I have been striking out hard. Good luck and good hunting.
I went to a yard sale about 15 years ago and the homeowner had a huge box of Nintendo games in a dumpster. I asked if he'd sell em to me and he said keep em. I was young at the time and I took them to GameStop for in store credit. I received 350$ in store credit. Took the dude in the store 2 or 3 hours to sort through and price all the games.
Do you remember BRE software? If you don't it was basically Gamestop before they came to be. We're talking early 90's. But anyway on my 8th birthday I was gifted a Sega genesis console and was so excited over it that I decided to unload all of my NES cartridges, I think I had 30-40 total. I ended up leaving that place with a few new genesis games that I was lusting after. Back then I felt like you got more for your trade-ins. To be honest though, I regret getting rid of anything.
@@scorpionwins6378 Me too, I wish I kept everything. I live in Hawaii and I don't think we had a BRE. Before it became gamestop the store here was called Software Etc. I almost forgot about that. Those were good times.
Nothing spectators in the lot? RC Pro AM and Tecmo Bowl are GOAT games. The goonies is pretty awesome too.

I was at the last sale where you negotiated the nintendo, but I was much earlier that you, they barely had anything out. I bought most of the Xbox 360 games.
That little green tractor looks like the ones that you’d attach to shoes and it’d walk around the yard and sprinkle the yard.

Hey buddy! At the flea market I got a used heating pad and a new hamilton beach toaster with cancel button, both for 3 bucks. My previous toaster didnt have a cancel button.

Those old timer knives are highly collectible. I have the ones my dad collected over the years. The one he always carried in his pocket was sharp enough to shave the hair off your arm.

On all vintage Nintendo games if you didn't already know there are codes on the back of the games that will let you know what version you have. Some of the super Nintendo final fantasy games in particular depending on the version will sell for more. Again love your videos.
Keep an eye out for the PS1 to PS3, XBOX and XBOX 360 and GameCube games. For example I saw IHRA Drag Racing at that guy with the games' sale and it can be valuable if it's the less common international version that one goes for $75 CIB.

Gotta love when stuff sells in minutes on eBay but their fees are ridiculous on everything.
They aren't that bad when you consider no store property rent/tax to pay for, and access to millions of buyers. Shipping prices bother me more than ebay fees.
@@adammonahan687 I feel the same way but the reason they had to do that is people were selling like $100 items for a penny and charging $99.99 shipping to skirt the fees. Assholes ruined it for everyone. I do think that when you print shipping through eBay snd they know exactly what your legit shipping fees are they shouldn’t charge fees on that amount.
