Shows that temper tantrums, no matter what century, is still the rule. Enid and her tantrum shows just how much she hates her former employer. Not even O'Brien from Downton would have done the despicable things Turner did to her Mistress
@@m.layfette6249 yes, I don't forget the soap bit, O'Brien deserved condemnation for it, but this former lady's maid went where O'Brien would have not even dared go. O'Brien never seduced her lady's husband unlike Turner, who seduced any man, and probably seduced herself into winterton's money.
I think it is because he feels very comfortable in his social position unlike Turner. He comes from a rich and respectable family, he does not feel the need to prove his station
That's another thing for me. Enid found herself a good, kind, loving husband who's also gonna kick the bucket soon (but not too soon hopefully) and leave her an incredibly wealthy woman. She has money, servants, a beautiful home, and she won't have to be pushing out babies every year until she hits menopause. Her life and future are fully secure. I don't see why she still feels like she has to go after Mrs. Russell, you know what I mean?? If memory serves from Season 1, besides firing her, Mrs. Russell didn't do sh*t to Enid. She actually quite liked her if I'm not mistaken.
@@leeammorris1268right on all points. However, all these things don't matter to turner. She wanted George. And George stayed faithful to his wife, something not necessary of wealthy buisnessmen or noblemen, hell even several kings had mistresses (so being a devoted, loving husband is one more reason to respect George 💪) Turner was scorned. And a scorned person is a dangerous person
Ahhh making miss turner miserable is my number one goal in life 😁 Don’t get me wrong I don’t hate her……. But if she was on fire and I had water…. I would drink it 😃
OMG this was one of my favorite scenes from Season 2!The temper tantrum was just brilliant! I laughed so hard! Brilliant acting on Kelley Curran's part!
I thought Enid's little tantrum in this episode was so adorable. I can see one of the ways she snagged her husband. I was all like: *In baby talk* "I'm going to destroy her no matter what!!👿👿... 🥺🥺... Waaaahhhhhh!!!😭😭"

Have you forgotten the incident with the soap? Me thinks killing an unborn baby in fear of being sacked is Pretty horrible in of itself.

Are there 2 Miss O’Briens in Downton Abbey?😂
@@chisomo8088No. Her character left at the start of season 4 to work for Lady Flintshire (Rose's mother) in India.
I adore this show like a child
I know! it's so silly but I can't stop watching
I like the way her husband (Mr. Winterton) sounds quite caring and respectfull

Mrs Winterton is a great pantomime villain. Love her!
Aurora Fane with her Ken doll trophy husband (guys it’s a joke).
Why does TH-cam cover up the video with these ridiculous squares?😂
Give the casting director a raise.
A HUUUUUUUGGGGGGEEEE raise.💰💰💸💸🤑🤑
Girl, sit yourself down, you are no match for Mrs Russell. Go iron her bloomers. A great show.
