Great video. Question at 10:33 , wouldn't the distinct function approach fail if all the records contained only Cat or Dog? The better approach IMO is to use a seperate list of options and reference the choice in the main list and records as a lookup column to the options list. Then link the options list to the combo box so that all the options will always be available. But maybe PowerApps is doing something else behind the scenes I'm missing?

Do you have a tutorial for simply creating a datatype, (text, date, etc) then simply submitting in email format via submit button? Without having to put it in any kind of database or SharePoint list?

This definitely opened up a lot of possibilities to collect data using PowerApps instead of filling Excel sheets
