Great video! It’s super helpful. One question- on Willie’s here hold this trigger, it puts the pulse on another model. It specifies that the target is affected, but is Willie affected since he’s not the source of the pulse?
If it said other "enemy" models then Willie would not be affected, but it only says "other models." Willie would normally have to perform the Mv duel to avoid damage, but two factors eliminate the danger. First, friendly models (Willie) can choose to relent to effects generated by friendly models. This saves Willie a card; he can just give in. On the front of his card his Evasive Ability reduces the damage he suffers from Shockwaves to 0, so ultimately he won't suffer damage from it anyway. Any other members of Willie's Crew who are in range would still have to do the duel (or relent to it).
Great question! Nope, it doesn't. Unless the text says "wholly within" or "completely within", a base/model/marker is considered to be "within range" if even the tiniest curve of the base is within the measured distance.
