Chuck is hysterical. Love the costume, glasses and the performance, which has fun but is also affectionate. I saw Chuck together with David Maiocco as Liberace in Puerto Vallarta a few years ago. Great show and highly recommend if you ever get the chance to see either of them. Both are excellent performers.
No she was not comedy on stage and was an amazing musician! Thankfully, lots of people enjoy the comedic take on her knowing they can go home and put on their records if they want to hear the real thing. I suppose the greatest compliment came when Peggy’s granddaughter Holly who runs her foundation came to see us and told me after how much she enjoyed the show and that Chuck “NAILED” her grandmother. Peggy was very comedic in real life - so it’s a kind of cool cross over to people who really know her. Thanks for commenting. 💕

Thank goodness we have much of real Peggy Lee's music because this just doesnt make it. Not even close. Peggy was not a comedy show.
