Every time a new wave of zerlings ran in I thought that would be the nail in the coffin, but then you somehow held, but then more lings arrived, but then you held again, but then more lings... What a rollercoaster of a game!

I remember BeastyQT had a challenge disruptors and phoenixes. Series were more than 20 episodes. No one wrote GG even once :)

If i remember correctly, you can't transport units while in phasing mode (powering pylons), which means he wouldn't be able to micro his defensive units. Having the ability to kite was more valuable than the static shielding
@@dunningkrugerfxs5848 nope you can still pick them up and drop them just like normal. i remember something like that from the old times. maybe in WOL campaign prism was like that

As a challenge idea, what about "bowling a perfect game"? 300 total kills with disruptors. I'm also really interested in seeing if you can pull off the mass phoenix pick up into drop on disruptor balls.

Playing against your main is great for many reasons :) probes are machines so they would have a cereal number rather than a name like 'C 3 P O' . . Since it is the first probe that is starting aggressive production warps it should be called wasp1 (Protos does not have the same scentence structure as English). I'd also really like to see a wasp move out to cannon rush the natural with sentry prism. Deploy the prism for power to warp in cannons, force field to keep stuff away from the buildings.
Or trap it in!
I had no idea warp prisms were 250 minerals and it's all starting to finally make sense now.

I have a "meta" question about these challenges, how do you go about setting up the accounts for it? We see at the start of the video this account has been GM before so do you simply tank the MMR by losing all the placement matches? Do you have multiple accounts which naturally decay in MMR by inactivity? I'm mainly curious because I remember when Overwatch competitive season 2 was released 6-7 years ago, I saw high level streamers lose pretty much all their placement matches and still get placed in top 100 GM, probably because their "hidden MMR" was so high despite those recent losses.
Also in case it needs to be said, I don't think this is smurfing in any way. You're beating your way out of Plat and into mid/high masters in a handful of games, that isn't smurfing.
Marc, I've never played SC2 but I binge watch your videos. I'm pretty sure I implemented a PERFECT proxy hatch cheese last night in a dream after repeated attempts. Should I seek help or just start playing SC2?

Umm in the second game, why not power the robo AND or the batteries with the prism? he wouldnt have been able to kill anything with 2 batteries powered.
