The super action stuff accessory sets came with plenty of sports weapons so I'm good when it comes to that

Todd is a collector himself and he knows collectors behavior. From now on, This will be labeled as a RARE figure. I feel like he likes when people resell his figures for a ridiculous price. I guess it makes them look more valuable. Maybe that's the reason he's doing all these Chase figures. Or maybe it's a way to make people play the chase game and get people to the stores more often.
I hope to find him, but I’m not putting in the same effort for some of the other figures.
Not a bad figure, despite all the reuse but baffling that a character like Sportsmaster doesn't come with two weapon holding hands!
Biggest problem though, it sounds like it's going to be a big headache trying to get him and the rest of the chases in the wave :(

If you think about it if he were a general or gold label release I doubt many people would buy him and he would eventually go to clearance which is something that all you companies are trying to avoid. I don’t mind it also being a platinum because the reuse and lack of accessories

Mcfarlane needs ankle rockers and thigh cuts on all figures! Sculpt or not
He does usually have ankle rockers but some work better than others. Thigh cuts I’m a bit more mixed on.

Hey man! I pay a pretty penny to ship some stuff from Hong Kong sometimes. This set should be released in the USA soon.

It is a cheap cash grab the only reason you even see a sportsmaster is because macfarlane needed to reuse that dark detective buck
This is what has been happening since the dawn of licensed, mass market action figure lines.
God I hate that macfarlane has the DC license who’s idea is it to give a guy with a hockey stick one hand to hold it

Have to agree on first impression of this figure was that of just another Todd cash grab. In a way it still is, but at the same time we do get a figure that works well with this buck.
Downside is that Todd is once again pushing his 90s limited figures and variants. What's worse though in the US, is that we are not getting even distribution. Most of the Mcfarlane DC Multiverse are being mass distributed on the West Coast and trickle East.
I can honestly say i have purchased more figures through third party sellers this year than any other with Mcfarlane.
