Lovely song - I never heard this one before. Your story made me think of my recent adventures in Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. The night sky was incredible! The views and vistas were so immense. It brought me to tears. I can only imagine standing in the presence of their Creator and the awe of HIM.
We had the glorious opportunity of seeing the night sky in February on the ice at the mouth of the Albany river, (North of Moosonee) several times. When our Lord puts something in the sky to rule the night it is majestic beyond words! Interesting how man`s artificial attempt to dispel darkness is so futile.

Amen to THAT!! Thanks for sharing this, Rebecca!
This song does sound familiar; I probably heard it at camp as a child. Beautiful story.
Another friend reminded me that we probably played this together in church a long time ago .. so you probably did hear that at camp! 😎
