I have a question. Do most fathers and brothers don't ever want their daughters/sisters to find love with a guy? No matter what, most fathers and brothers seem to hate it whenever their daughter/sister has a boyfriend (even if he is a good guy). There are even shirts made for daughters that say "I'M NOT ALLOWED TO EVER DATE" and shirts made for fathers that say "DADS AGAINST DAUGHTERS DATING".
I have also heard many fathers and brothers on the internet say that they hate the idea of their daughter/sister having a boyfriend someday, and are completely against it. So it seems to me that most fathers/brothers don't ever want their daughters/sisters to date and be in a romantic relationship with a guy. And so, it seems to me that they don't ever want their daughters/sisters to get married and have a husband someday.

I took my dads shirt that says “dads against daughters dating” (DADD) shirt and I use it when I paint so after about 10 years you can’t really tell what it used to say. In my dads defense tho he’s always been supportive of us dating and has always been kind to our partners but if we’re being mistreated he’s the first to call backup. I think the jokes are fine as long as you back it up with being supportive.
I think a big part of it is they understand guys and know most guys intentions simply from just meeting them. My dad has never liked any of the guys I’ve dated and I don’t think he ever will lol

Many of these fathers probably think that romantic relationships are a bad thing (since a lot of bad stuff can happen because of them). There are many people who actually think that romance is a bad thing, and they also think that humans should just get rid of the concept of romance and get rid of stuff like dating and marriage.
It's psychologically ingrained in their heads that don't want their daughters to date but they know she has to leave the nest one day. On the other hand of the spectrum - you have mothers pushing your daughters to find a man and get married. It's pretty interesting how each gender's mindset is😂

No matter how old you are, your parents will always be older than you. They will always have more life experience. Children should always be willing to listen, and parents should always understand their limits.

I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other. I think humans should just ditch concepts like dating, marriage, and pair bonding. I feel like this world would be a much better place without romance than it is with it.
