I suggest you review that and stop claiming everything is a sign of sexual deviance.
Rod's narcissistic ego wanted to earn 'respect' from an age group that would think he is a cool and chill example of a human being. No competent adult would have seen much to admire in Rod's personality, but a group of highschoolers would have easily been swayed by his no-cares attitude.

I imagine a scenario where the Singapore judge sees through Zack's attempt to have Screech take the canning for him and would double the amount of canning hits that Zack has to endure because the judge is pissed that Zack would treat his best friend so poorly and would be willing to sacrifice him to get out of his just punishment.
Take a second and realize that Belding is possible the best Principal. Careing about his students and their desires. While also careing about their Future. Sacrificing his time, school money, and Zack. Just to do what is best for them.

Felt Sorry for Mr Belding, Zack was so rude to him and Rod was trash. He's a decent, responsible principal with a heart of gold.
