This experiment was completely safe. ❤️
No bones were consumed by Xanti, as he does not like to eat chicken bones. He focused on the meat only.
Xanti was in fact alone for about 15 minutes until I came back to the room around 03:20 👀

Your dog has good self control with food. I know that my Scottish terriers(rip Hope and skyedancer, I miss them so much) would start tearing into the meat, not caring if there bones or not

He’s a really good boy who was tempted beyond the pale by a sneaky Daddy😅 He can come & eat anything he wants (but, no chicken bones) at my home. Однажды я собиралась готовить и меня вызвали срочно на работу - я так спешила, что забыла на полу филе куриной грудки и сыр. Филе было без упаковки, сыр в пакете. Меня не было 4 часа, и мой пес ничего не тронул, но за это время сьел свой корм весь и все свои погрызушки. Его нет уже 2,5 года и я всё ещё скучаю без него(
У меня был королевский пудель, который мог голодный сидеть рядом с едой и не притронуться. Даже если никого не было рядом. Очень интеллигентный пёс.

@@user-gt1xp2ls4u у нас так и было - телепатия: я подумаю, а он все делал, как я подумала. Мы были с ним друзьями больше, чем с людьми. Про пуделей говорят: ещё не человек, но уже не собака. Потеря для всех была невосполнимая, когда он ушел. Сейчас у меня маленький песик, китайская хохлатка. Я его очень люблю , но он не пудель
@@viktory58 у меня после пуделя было несколько маленьких собак.но умнее пуделя я собак не видела! Следующий раз буду брать опять пуделя, самый преданный и любящий друг!
I'm amazed it took him so long. My doggie would have eaten the lot in the time that it took Xanti to eat that little bit!! Then she probably would have thrown up 🤣
My dogs are trained very well. I have left an entire plate of food on my couch, ran outside to chat with a neighbor for 20 minutes. When I came back food was untouched. I usually give them a busy bone treat when they are so good. Or I cooks some steak for them. I have the best babies. 🐶💕
Μy maltese is 13 yrs old and he has never touched my food. I leave it on purpose sometimes to see what he will do, he might smell it but never eat it. In general he is a well behaved fur baby.❤️❤️🐕❤️❤️

When at first we went for our walks I was afraid to let him off his leash, but as time went buy I trusted him and he walked beside me without his leash. Unfortunately we don't go for walks he has arthritis. Yes your next fur baby should be a maltese they are so affectionate. Wishing you a very Happy Christmas ☃️🌲❤️🐕🐾
Not only is a Maltese a beautiful animal, they have just a wonderful disposition. Mine is 12 years old and still looks and acts just like a puppy....really a gift to have in mine and my families life.

I absolutely adore Maltese dogs. I had one, my little Sammisue but she was laid to rest a couple years ago. Now I have another one and I will always have one. He's just precious 😍❣️💙
Lost my teacup Maltese a year and a half ago. She was such a perfect dog that I knew I could never replace her. So I got a cat, now I really want Maltese dog . 🥲❤️

My Maltese waited on the couch while my cousin and I ate slices of pizza from the coffee table. In one split second, he jumped in, grabbed a slice and ran to another room to consume. It was so funny that I couldn't be mad.
Once my dog ate my pack of roast beef, he was never seen again.

Ooh I would have been scared of him choking on the small bones, he really enjoyed it though.
Not just choking, but chicken bones are very brittle and splinter easily. He could bite into one, swallow a shard, and have it cut up his insides. Dog should never be around chicken bones...
Xanti is too adorable to get mad at. Roasted chicken is a tough one since that chicken aroma is quite strong and your super cute dog is hungry but did saved a lot for you.

Right out the oven the smells of the chicken would attract most dogs. My Maltese isn’t allowed on the table because of these kind of things and he knows it. Maltese are really smart dogs.

Ну, конечно же, мы тоже испытывали свою собаку на выдержку🤣. Куриные окорочка оставили на тарелке, поставив её на диван и, также, предупредили её, что трогать еду нельзя. А сами спрятались и тихонько за ней подглядываем. Сидит наша собака слюной длинной исходит, смотрит на эту курицу, не мигая. Вот уже прошло 5 или 8 минут. Слюни на курицу текут, продолжают.... Тут мы уже сами не выдержали подобного издевательства над нашим питомцем. Похвалили её за выдержку и отдали ей эту вкуснятину😀

I came to visit my parents with a whole BBQ chicken & placed it inside before they saw me. My little bloke now living with my parents jumped into my open car looking for the source of that delicious smell - he found the plastic bag but it was empty. Inside he could smell the BBQ chicken cooling & went crazy jumping on my parents to tell them to come see what he found but to share with him. Of course they fed him.
Go ahead and taste that chicken, baby. Daddy shouldn't taunt you this way. Daddy better not scold you!

This is what my Maltese liked so much too. He could be anywhere in the house he came right near us when he smells it. We always gave him a little bit. Now it is so cute to watch Xanti😁😍

Years ago, had 1/2 of a pot roast left over.. we'd just finished eating & went out to the patio with our coffee - planned on clearing the table when done... One of my kids didn't push their chairs back up & hadn't even made it out the back door when we heard a loud crash... My fur baby Gypsy made it up to the table & literally devoured the entire 1/2 of the roast... I don't even think she chewed it- just swallowed the entire thing before she could get caught.🤣🤣 She was no bigger than your baby.
