I realize this video is many months old, but those plates are still available on Amazon. I took your advice from your original post about these awesome Spellbinders Grand Calibur Junior plates several months ago, so THANK YOU!!!
Do you get the cut marks from plates left onto your cardstock? It’s ruining my cards! I cannot give my cards away. I have horrible cut marks all over my cardstock from the cut lines in my plates. I just want to cry. 😢
@@pamelagoblish4384 Only in foils or mirror card stock. What I do to get around that is to cut the paper to near the size of of the die. Where I am not cutting out, but into the card front made of mirror card or foil; I lay a piece of thin copy paper right before the plate so that the plate does not come in contact with my card.
This company doesn't have 800 number that you can call in case problems of their plates warps, like mine. Worst yet, don't buy it from Joann Fabrics because they will not take it back.
Thanks for watching the video. I bet that is frustrating. They are in the UK and they have a chat on their website and a way to email them. I have not had to contact them. But I hope those ways work for you.
@@QueenPam Thank you! I did email them few times and they are not helpful at all. Had I known that they don't have 800 number, I wouldn't have purchased this expensive machine. If I keep using this, I might have to spend $45 a month to replace the warped plates. smh.

You are welcome. I so wish they had continued to make them out of that material.

@@QueenPam I will try that. so far, i absolutely HATE this Gemini ♊️
@@pamelagoblish4384 Sorry you are not having the best experience with your gemini. Mine is my favorite and most used machine.
Thanks for the review. Definitely quieter. your video repeated the Honey Bee cuts.
Thanks for watching and you are welcome. I saw that but was too busy to redo...so sorry about that. I got a puppy and there went my time.
Thanks for the review. I have a question: can you use the bigz die in addition to the metal ones with the gemini 2? thank you so much :-)
No steel rule dies are too thick for any of the geminis. Thanks for watching.
thank you for the review, i wish i could buy the white plates.
It is a shame that no one makes these anymore! Thanks for watching.
Can you get custom dies for the Gemini 2?
If you know of someone that makes die you would have to ask them. It takes most companies' thin dies.
Thanks for watching
