Your content is Great Bro. I have the same shocks on my Lunchbox along with a bunch of Ampro Engineering parts. The Brushless system is such a compliment these chassis. I'm close to doing a Purple build myself and another Lunchbox even sooner. Look forward to all your future content.

@@poorboysrc Btw i'm from Germany therefor it was funny. My Pumpkin rested for nearly 20 years and just started the rc hobby again. The Lrp motor was total overkill and it does wheelies all the time regardless how soft you pull the trigger.

My family emigrated to Canada in the 70's from Bosnia and Croatia, so we've still got very tight bonds to Europe. Have you tried the 18T pinion mod? It helps reduce wheelies a little bit and provides more top end. 👍🏻

First i will lenghened the wheel base and get a Hobbywing speedcontroller. Than shocks etc., so a lot of work ahead. We have family in Alberta and i tried in 2005 to immigrate in Canada for work. No sucsess .

Are the wheels 2.2 standard wheels, that would accept something like Proline tires or ....? Glad to know Parma makes that body, I want one for my Pede now....lol Love the towel comment...haha... Nitro drama.... that says it all... the reason I'm looking to do some retro/vintage type RC is to bring the fun back to the hobby. ... racing drama has me a bit burned out ... Get ya a needle tip oiler bottle to put some of that 3in1 oil into.... helps apply it in small bits to just the right spots.... and if you haven't seen it, ask for a Locktite stick the next time you're at the auto parts store...
Thanks for the comment bro! And no, the MP wheels are a bit smaller, they're 2.0" diameter. If you try a 2.2" tire, they won't fit, too big. If you wanted to go 2.2 you could install Monster Beetle/Blackfoot wheels. 👊
I’ve got thousands of dollars worth of RC stuff. TLR, Vaterra, Losi, fully built brushless Traxxas stuff, HPI belt driven brushless road cars. My next purchase is a PUMPKIN!!!
I won't mind putting a lexan shell on my pumpkin. Noticeable handing difference? FYI I picked up a matte spray for clear shells. It goes on the outside. I used it on the King Yellow and its holding up.
I haven't driven the Pumpkin with an ABS body on it for over 25 years now, so I really don't remember what it drove like. I would assume it'll be less top-heavy (which it could use), and less stress on the body posts, too!
You can adjust the toe by lengthening/shortening the steering arms. It doesn't matter much with this kit though, the toe and camber change constantly with the suspension movement. It's a funny chassis that way! 🤣
@@poorboysrc My godson went all the way to Pennsylvania to get me one I couldn't believe that he did that for me is may he is the Apple of my eye he is a fantastic child and he was always a good boy now he is well educated a good job And he has a fantastic home and a beautiful woman by his side he is not married yet But very soon hes engaged He was always good never got in trouble he is very good
