I have a question, I can't find the answer anywhere on the internet.
I'm building a flow. The task is as follows: if a contact has the word test in its first or last name or another word that includes "test" (for example, "Test", "TEST", "testovoe", "Katetest", "test1111"), then the checkbox field lights up check mark. I tried to conclude this through CONTAINS - test - flow sends the value only to the pure word test in the first and last name field, although according to my logic it should have responded. Can you help me?

Is it possible to create a flow for a case that includes the file that was attached to the case? The file is unique to the case. I see that I can attach a file from my documents but not one from the case. The flow would launch when the case is closed and needs to include the file.

Hi, do you know how can I create a flow using one objects My users need to choose between a day of the week, they can pick more than one day, then they need to select the period (morning, afternoon, or night) and then they need to type the time. I am not sure how to create this flow. Would you mind to give me some coordinates?
From your input usecase is not clear can you explain it a little bit like actually what's going on?
@@salesforcegeek Thank you for replying me back. Actually I have doctors in my account object. My sales team wants to provide data regarding the availability linked with each doctor. Some doctors can attend more than 01 day of the week so that it would be like a matrix. As soon my salesperson define the days of the week available the screen would appear the period of the day(morning, afternoon or night) and then they will be able to add the time available. Thank you again for your help

I created a record in delegatedAccount sObject but i am stuck in last step to create a record in delegatedAccountShare sObject with the ID which we get from delegatedAccount record but the issue is that i am not able to create that record in delegatedAccountShare sObject

Hello, I have a problem, How to update a checkbox type field, to a value of false, every time a new month starts, I tried to do it but I was unsuccessful.
I explain a little what I did:
1. Create box type field (field that will change value)
2. Create date type field to capture the date this occurs
3. I have a formula field that determines if the value of the month is different for that date and today, if so, enter 1 if not, enter 0.
I created the flow but it seems that I am doing something wrong
What is the value you are assigning to the checkbox?
@@salesforcegeek The value is initially false, but the user can assign it true, if the user has performed this action that month, but has requested the request every time the month starts, a value of false must be assigned to that field

Yes the series I’m creating which is Salesforce Flow for beginners is enough to learn the basics and then go for the scenarios playlist to practices but it’s all about practice and flows are updating in every release of Salesforce so learning with updated information is required

I have created a custom object called "Web Enquiry" and it is integrated with Wordpress Contact form 7. When someone send an enquiry through web, it comes on the custom object "Web Enquiry. " If contact is not in Salesforce, then create a new contact or update a new contact.
My question is, I have created a Duplicate rule in Contact and it match with Email. Does this flow works or not.

Hi Mira correct me If I'm not wrong so basically you want if the Web Inquiry is created you want to create a contact record right?
And before creating Contact record you are going to check whether the email exist in the contact or not if not create and if it's existed update the contact right?
@@salesforcegeek Yes, wen enquiry is custom object and I want to create or update a record from Web enquiry object to the Contact object
So Mira are you aware about the record Triggered flow new features/enhancement ? Now we can create these scenarios with the help of only flow.
You can create a record triggered flow on web enquiry runs when web enquiry is created.
Use a get record element to check whether a contact is existed on the basis of current web enquiry record email if the list is null then create if not then update the Contact.
