The reason value is not increasing political instability. Once undeclared martial law is gone and corrupt politicians are kicked out overseas are not going to invest. I would love to invest not till PTI is back in power. Gujarkhan doesn't have any much commercial activities. Only end users are investing not invester who wants to rent out as income like Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Also plots are too many, much more then local demands. The company involved in the project have done great deal of construction in short period. This must be a world record.
