For what reasons
The reason value is not increasing political instability. Once undeclared martial law is gone and corrupt politicians are kicked out overseas are not going to invest. I would love to invest not till PTI is back in power. Gujarkhan doesn't have any much commercial activities. Only end users are investing not invester who wants to rent out as income like Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Also plots are too many, much more then local demands. The company involved in the project have done great deal of construction in short period. This must be a world record.

The CDA was established for the development of the capital,but unfortunately failed to do so . The effectees and the FG employees are looking forward to redress their compensation and plots respectivly since the creation of corrupt authority. Then the government is pleased to launch another authority known as FGEHA It has also failed to act as per requirements of FG housing needs. Recently CDA and FGEHA went to a JV with DHA to take over the project for FG employees and Marghla Orchard etc at Park road which was pending for a decade. Due to the efforts of DHA the project is moving forward . Although there is no proper development of roads parks, security,sanitation in all sectors of Islamabad. Keeping in view of the submission above and history of corruption of CDA/FGEHA the honourable P M and concrnd minister of government of Pakistan is requested to emerge CDA/ FGEHA into the DHA in the internet of federal government employees, effectees and people of ICT ISLAMABAD.

اڑھائی سال کے مختصر عرصہ میں جو ڈویلپمنٹ نیو میٹرو سٹی گوجر خان میں ہوئی ھے تو اس کے لیے وہ یقیناً داد کے مستحق ہیں مگر اتنی ڈویلپمنٹ کے باوجود یہ جو %70 مائنس ھے تو مجھے ایسا لگتا ھے کہ سوسائٹی نے فائلوں کی بہت زیادہ اوور سیلنگ کی ہوئی ھے اس لیے سوسائٹی والے خود اس کو مائنس میں رکھ کر اپنے ڈیلروں کے ذریعے مارکیٹ سے فائلیں اٹھا رہےہیں تاکہ مستقبل میں سوسائٹی فراڈ کے کیسز درج ہونے سے بچ سکے ورنہ کون سی سوسائٹی چاہے گی کہ اتنا ڈویلپمنٹ کا کام کر کے بھی فائلیں مائنس میں رہیں اور وہ بھی %70 سے زیادہ۔
