Thanks for this video I can’t solder so I bought a few adaptors but this explains it all
🤣🤣💪💪 Well thank you very much. It's all the soldering station 🤣
Just put one of these hobbywing systems in my knightrunner yesterday. Now I want one for all of my trucks.
Dude given the price and throttle control, it's a WINNER!! Ran it today for half an hour on a 3s constant crawling and bashing. LUKE WARM!!
Finally!
I was wondering when you'd get the best motor combo for your crawler! That HobbyWing fusion is second to none when it comes to crawlability! You will love it!
Now you should get a set of 3brc anti foams, dual stage, to go into your 4.75" Pro Line Flat Irons!
🤣 It's all because you brother!! Lol Now the foams, tires and wheels episode should be out next. You will be a fan!! Thanks brother really appreciate it 🙏
Never mind I’m an idiot and u answered my concern lol thanks bro
🤣🤣🤣😉
Awesome bro I’m glad you finally got that motor!! You will love it for sure! Curious on the BEC though. Curious to see if that was needed or not. This motor goes on everything now hands down best bang for the buck
Lol, got the other comment as well. Totally worth it man, the built in one only goes up to 7.4v I remember not using a bec on my last RGT crawler then using one, and DAMN!! Huge difference, so I will not run a crawler without one, winches and servos are 10x as powerful.
I have always been scared of all in one setups but it definitely is a good idea for crawling. Looking good. 👍
Thanks man, I just love the simplicity and weight reduction.
A great combo, very nice price and a cool up-grade!!!
Just love that build, will be a blast RC Crawler!
Cannot wait!!! I think she is gonna be a beast!!
@@arkansasrcnewbie HéHéHé Indeed (in my plan use one of that combos in the RGT (the TRX6 Will get the Pro combo 2300) some day! Is a "cheap" but very cool and performance up-grade
Digging the body. Looking good so far.
Thanks Slothsquatch! This has been a fun project, those body's are super hard to paint lol. Wait till you see a mailtime coming up!!
Great informative video, thanks for posting this, was very helpful. But what did you do with the positive wire from the motor? Does it not have a purpose after the CC BEC is added?
Hey brother, thank you. Yes correct, the positive has no job now lol, I wrapped some heat shrink around it.
Great motor. Got it in my rig. Slow crawling is so much nicer.
Awesome! Bow how is your top end and what size pinion do you run?
@@arkansasrcnewbie I use it in a Trx4 but it's similar to stock speeds. Was thinking about increasing the pinion teeth to make it a bit faster.
man, I dont know how you sodler that good. I cant do it at all.
🤣 Well thanks brother, that soldering machine is awesome and makes it so easy 😉
@@arkansasrcnewbie What is this soldering machine you speak of! Haha, you dont have to tell me your secrets but I was going to buy something for the hobby because ive ruined one iron already, lol.
He learned from his dad.
Well, that and his soldering station helps a little.😉
@Cranklotus 😂 completely feel ya man. I do have a video of it somewhere on the channel. Here is an affiliate link with helps the channel. Check it out. amzn.to/3TZi8wc
Why a BEC? the Fusion SE has a built in BEC that can got to 8.4 v. More than enough for your servo. Hell with todays ESCs no one really uses an external BEC anymore
Well in the video I say the built in ESC only has got two programmable voltages. 6.1 and 7.4. I went by the instruction manual. That's why I chose an external bec
For the stealth x transmission what all did you have to do to make it work? I have overdrive on my scx24 and the injora axles i got for my scx10 ii chassis 1/10 build they dont make overdrive gears so this transmission would be perfect so i can have it.
Well I just built it and added the proper gears the set comes with. It may need another skid plate to mount yo properly but your chassis skid should work? I do have 2 different videos showing install. Hope this helps man, the booklet it comes with is pretty straight forward
@@arkansasrcnewbie thanks, I don't recall a install video on this build for the trans but I'll go through your videos and find them.
