I see a lot of older people that when they stop working they age quickly or get sick more often, especially when the work is something they love. sure it's tiring but I think both in good and their clients appreciate it.

I love how the wife and husband are so insightful about each other’s movements in the kitchen. It’s like a smooth flowing dance, which is made better by the food they lovingly cook and serve to all their customers. And their daughter helping them, makes the work seem so much less. I hope that they will continue to keep their restaurant open but with advance years, many times the work gets harder. But for now, it’s a great place for those people who crave honest home cooking, from elders who care about the community they serve.🥰😇

最近は老害なんていう言葉も流行っているけど、こんなに地域に愛されてるのは本当に尊敬。辞めたら一気に老け込んだりするパターンもあるし、それこそ老害になったりしてしまうのかもしれない。でも何かあってから辞めるのは遅すぎる。本当に難しい問題だよ。

私の住む所にも同じ年くらいの店主（女性）さんがラーメン屋をやっています。しかも一人で切り盛りしています。看板もなく何も宣伝するようなことはしていなくても自然とお客さんが集まります。園食堂さんと同じように地域に愛されている証拠ですね。

どの地域にも愛される老舗があって、辞めないでくれという周りの声がっても後継ぎがいない現実もあり、何とも言えないですね。
冷凍餃子はなかなか良いアイデアじゃないかと思います。店で餃子を提供しないというのも良い効果だと思いますよ。
もっと田舎の食堂や料理屋がやっていけるだけのビジネスモデルがあれば良いのですが。
それにしても湯切りの軽快さ、鍋をふるその手にも力強さは83歳とは思えない、素晴らしいです。

その時食べた焼きそばがホントに美味しくて、自分の歴代焼きそば未だに１位です。

全く荒らすつもりもなく、あくまで個人的意見として。ご主人の左手首のテーピング。中華鍋を振り続けること、平ザルで麺切りすること、相当負担だと思う。ご本人たちが本当に引退したいんであれば周りは尊重すべきでは。ご夫婦の作る味をいつまでも食べたい、無くなるのが寂しいから引退しないで、というのはエゴな気がする。

他の同じ様な動画で、海外のコメントなのですが、翻訳してみたところ「こんな年齢まで働かせるなんて高齢者虐待だ。」という、日夲人からすると衝撃的な内容の書き込みを見て、わたし達の感覚は、もしかすると麻痺しているのかもしれない…と思うようになりました。
いつもお近くでおふたりを見ていると、ご両親はともにしっかりお話をされているので、気付きにくい点もあるのかもしれません。
