Does any of this sound familiar?
You struggle with low energy, brain fog, and difficulty focusing…
You have a hard time getting motivated, even for things you’re interested in and want to do…
Your physical performance at the gym or with your other activities is declining rather than improving…
Your mojo and sex drive have plummeted…
You need caffeine or afternoon naps to make it through the day…
You just feel like your “get up and go” has “got up and gone”...
If you answered yes to some of these questions, you’re not alone. 3 of 5 Americans are more exhausted than ever. But, they don't have to be.
In this video, I share a common-but little-known-cause of fatigue and low energy, and give you some simple tips for how to revitalize your health so you can feel youthful and alive again.

I have followed Chris and once was a patient. I understand that there was an upfront investment to get this product on the market, but my family cannot afford $600/month for vitamins. Please sell something more affordable for the average salaried family!

According to Dr David Sinclair research this video consider just a trade purpose!! Where is the fasting ?where is a sport step ?where is expose body to cold water 10 minutes??where is low sugar, I only see the trade sell snd buy 🤔? Is this called a science?

Just eat a varied, whole foods diet of animal products and plants and supplement with Vitamin D depending on where you live and you should be fine. Vitamin and mineral supplements are associated with diseases in long term trials. I go to local farmers markets and get fresh, local, nutrient rich produce there. You can buy organic produce as well with no or less glyphosate which may help improve your nutrient status

okay can you answer why you put stearates in your product. Is that bad?

    • @chriskresser

The idea that stearates are harmful is not based on sound scientific evidence. You can check out this article: chriskresser.com/harmful-or-harmless-magnesium-stearate/

Then why do you have stearates, which massively decreases absorption, in most of the vitamins that you sell?

    • @michaelsrowland
      @michaelsrowland 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

So people have to buy more

@@michaelsrowland Just blows my mind tbh. Only super expensive vitamins/supplements I have ever bought with stearates. Used for a few months and, frankly, not impressed (other than the organ product which interestingly has no stearates while all the others in the pack do).

@@chriskresser First of all as a board certified dermatologist for over 30 years, I have seen 3 cases of Fixed drug eruption and one case of Erythema Multiforme that ultimately were due to Magnesium Stearate. And all 4 cases reoccured with re-introduction. Fortunately none of these were life threatening however the fixed drug eruptions left permanent hyperpigmentation in two of my patients. I do appreciate the above supplied link where you intelligently discuss some of the issues that are sometimes attributed to magnesium stearate. Unfortunately only the 2nd link at that article worked for me so I cannot comment on the other referenced studies. That study was quite limited in the number of patients studied although it did show a delay in absorption (which in the real world this could possibly be significant). Additionally, you are probably well aware of the SpectraCell Micronutrient test (MNT) as well as the Cellular Nutrition Assays micronutrient test. At both of these highly regarded companies I have specifically asked them about Magnesium Stearate. Both of them separately told me the same thing - there have not been enough good studies done regarding this issue, however there is so much anecdotal evidence they do recommend supplements without magnesium stearate. To be fair they mentioned that it is possible for a high end supplement with magnesium stearate to be adequate - truly the information one way or the other has not been adequately answered - but they believe it prudent to consider avoiding magnesium stearate. Additionally, as you are probably aware, most high end supplement companies do not use magnesium stearate. So, I agree that nobody knows for sure BUT there is a lot of anecdotal evidence that the absorption is impaired enough to make a difference. And the research has not been done. And I choose my supplements carefully. And I will not be taking yours other than the bio-avail organ (which interestingly is free of stearates).

I’m still grieving the loss of my health, my job, my home, my relationships, my resources, my autonomy, my everything. I’ve tried and am still trying every possible healing protocol out there. Too many dark nights of the soul. Water damaged buildings with toxic mold and bacteria was eventually found out to be the culprit behind all my symptoms so please be careful everyone bc I don’t want anyone to go through decades of debilitating illness. If there is anyone out there looking to volunteer their time to help me with their psychic or healing gifts, please please reach out. I’m meant to help and contribute, not be sick. I would do anything to heal and would be forever grateful. 🙏♥️
