The mother rabbit and her kits are gorgeous, however, sitting on that wire is extremely uncomfortable for them, as it causes pressure on their body. They'd be better off standing, sitting, walking and sleeping on the soft flat surface of grass under their feet. Even chickens cannot be kept in wire cages like that as it's painful for them. Try to give them better conditions and they'll suffer less pain and discomfort.

Put a piece of metal or plastic over the wire bottom and cover it with sawdust and hay. You need to clean it once or twice a week, cleaning the bottom with a light detergent and water (washing up liquid). Then rinse with clear water and dry before putting down another layer of sawdust. You need to put the hay in the sun for a few days to kill any mites which can cause scabies.
