@@luisboIV I don't really have an answer for this. There are times my muscle memory and what I want to do conflict or it it's how my thumb slides over the pad. Trying to mitigate it as much as I can through practice.

Sinerster Slide into Heel Strike isnt that safe. it -3 on block. its good for wiff punish if u hit it at a distance. up close its can get bad.
