What about the other set in the boss fight? Like if you kill the other knight with the spinning spear first, will you receive that helm and weapon instead? Appreciate the video either way.
For some reason while I was doing it the chariots randomly crashed right as I died the very fire time I tried to do it and I got the tree sentinel armor when I wasn’t even looking for it
I hate the crucible knights with the shield. It's bad enough they have almost unlimited poise, but block everything on top of it. The spear one is manageable since it doesn't have the shield
You need to get past an encampment of Leyndell soldiers as well as catapults that will knock you off of Torrent. There is a dragon that will fly down on you once you get into the capital and go up another set of stairs (just run away if you don't want to fight), and there is a great Runebear guarding the door to the Auriza Hero's Grave (can also just run away and enter the tomb).
I fought these knights and they are so annoying and I was using a build that is only good for grinding so I quickly had to get 2 levels then I sealed back to my op blasphemous blade build to beat them
I’m not doing this stupid fucking dungeon, the chariots take the piss and suck all of the fun out of even attempting to complete it. Fuck the boss is probably easier than just getting there
no the boss depending on what ur using is a lot harder, the things themselves are easy you just have to remember the route from the video, the armor and weapon you get out of defeating the duo is more than worth it.

Those fucking knights kicked my ass several times before I could defeat them like their fucking range and attacks are insane shit is sometimes unavoidable almost one of the hardest fights I’ve had in this game for some reason

I think this set pairs well with the executioners sword if not using a shield for the other hand, and if using a shield then the erd tree greatshield

Tip if you have bull armor and plenty of vitality you can take 3 hits from the chariots making it much easier for you
If you have it, ritual shield talisman will always give a free 1st hit, so you can get at least 2 hits, or if you wanna be fast

If you use bloodhound step you move much quicker and it makes it much less frustrating
Sadly w my character I was able to tank one hit each from full health and I have a little over 2k… it’s crazy

Optional but you might as well get it since you're down there. Reward for solving the chariot puzzle.
Its also almost impossible to get through the door if you dont destroy the chariots cause the last one is such a small area

Im probably very late lol, but just like the heavier sets, Veteran's Armor offers more tankiness
Shield drops in sorfia aquaducts. The first of the 2 crucible knight u have to fight drops it.

Nah. I rode torrent all the way up there at a low level so I could have the tree sentinel armor. May take a few tries though lol

Doing this gives you the Tree Sentinel Armor now, I don't know why they changed it and which sets of armor is better.

using Margit's Shackle makes it so you don't have to run all the way down and hit the fire spitting totem ;)

They are weak to lighting and fire damige and practicaly immune to everything else
