Good recipe. Well demonstrated. An excellent way of using long brinjals. I add coconut also to the stuffing. During tempering a sprig of curry leaves would make the dish more flavourful

Mami and Ganesh bro I'm watching your videos I think for the past one year. As my mother was keen in bringing her three daughters educated and working women, we were not able to spend more time with her in kitchen. Only basic cooking we knew. After marriage we developed our cooking skills.now all of us are above 50. Still for batchanam and special recepies we visit her or contact over phone from office. Luckily we all settled in Chennai. She was very near to our home. But we have not made any video or recoding of her recepies. We lost her in August 2018. Amma illada kuraii Mami video fills up.Amma gnabagam varudu.
