    * i am grateful that mum made her own omlette dinner and is tidying up. I can hear from afar. its been a long journey from the day she fell and became a dependent baby this january. Now its august. Thank you. She does her laundry end to end, I see her ironing. Thank you.
    *i am grateful that the plumber came and fixed the handshower and got it running for mum. I didnt have to step out and could take my ease, thank you.
    *I am grateful for the 3 large windows opening out to a lush green view with a blue sky filled with cummulo-sirrus clouds. The cool breeze. The warm sunlight. I feel directly connected to nature.
    * I am grateful for the rather late afternoon nap, it refreshed me and some. It rested my tired body and brain.
