Hey Mamas! I'm back for the second part of the kids bedroom declutter for the 2024 Declutter Challenge. I took I a little break last week to regain my strength but I'm back y'all! Let's finish this declutter challenge strong, tackling the girl's closet, dresser and a bassinet I filled with old baby clothes (Oops lol).

My name is Sarah I am Joe's wife your crib mattress is it firm or soft is it waterproof would you recommend it for a newborn

Hi Sarah, it's a pleasure to meet you. So I'm going to be 100% honest with you, I did not like using the crib at all, girl that's why it's in the closet 🤣 In the beginning, I was way too tired to get up and walk to the crib so we got a bedside bassinet, which was wayyyy better. But if you do want to do a crib, I didn't like the waterproof ones because they make squeaky noises when the kiddos move around. I found it better to get a medium mattress (not hard but not soft) and put a waterproof pad underneath. Its A LOT more comfortable but safe. They have some on Amazon that are affordable. I hope that helps 😉
