A Plague Tale: Innocence - an action game with stealth elements, produced by the French Asobo Studio and published by Focus Home Interactive. It was released on PlayStation 4, Windows and Xbox One platforms in May 2019. The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of the game were released in July 2021.
Set in the mid-14th century in Aquitaine, France, during the Hundred Years' War, the game focuses on the fate of Amicia de Rune and her sick brother Hugo, who are fleeing from soldiers of the French Inquisition and from hordes of rats spreading the Black Death. The player controls Amicia, using stealth and a limited selection of tools to hide from soldiers, distract them, avoid hordes of rats, and solve puzzles. The game contains elements of the survival horror genre.
