I can see Tyrion conspiring to make this happen considering that he did sent Myrcella to Dorme before Stannis' sea invasion of the Black Water bay S02E08. Sansa could had been kidnapped by Peter Belish. So i can see this happening post S02E06 when the mob almost ripped Joffrey apart and Tyrion's pissed at him thinking that his time as Hand of the King's numbered. At this time Tyrion already got the Pyromancers to prepare some WildFire to be used against Stannis' invasion. I can see King's Landing using catapults to hurl barrels of WildFire at Tywin's position but also at the end of the fanfic, Stannis won't have a ship full of WildFire to destroy half of his ships at BlackWater bay. So the next part could be a battle in the streets between Lannister&Stannis forces inside King's Landing while Robb wipes out Tywin's forces outside the city. Also Prince Oberyn is in King's Landing at this time, I can see him leading a small force to corner the Mountani and spear him withh poison.
