Bentley for Men Absolute is a solid cedar based scent. It plays with ginger, incense and papyrus together with the cedar. The nose behind this is behind Gucci Pour Homme I which is eerily close to the classic Gucci scent.

Loved Gucci Pour Homme I. Had it way back before I started my fragrance journey. Love Bentley For Men Absolute. When I 1st sniffed it, brought me right back to GPH1. Saw a 100ml bottle for GPH1 for $450 on ebay lol. Even saw GPH1 Aftershave lotion going for $170. Wow! Excellent review OG!

Same perfumer made both scents if I'm correct.
I love this scent for layering. This pumps up the masculinity on any floral.

Been wondering about this one. I love Bentley intense I think it's in my top 3 "affordable" scents. Probably good with my Royal oud and won't have to pick this one up though. Thanks for the review.

I like it.. but it’s not a love-love yet. I really have a hard time picking up anything other than the woods. It reminds me of Polo Supreme Oud but without any hint of sweetness. I’ll keep wearing it. It’s a nice fragrance. I’m just not blown away.. yet.

I found Bentley Absolute very unimpressive. My experience was 2 hours longevity after maybe 1/2 hour of 3 ft. max projection. Where I'm concerned, Bentley Intense is the best of them all, and the only true performer in the series.

To my nose this is a graet fragrance and the oud is very well blended its like a funky oud very well blended. This is an underated good fragrance and the smell is so addicting. Blind buy worthy. I need to grab another bottle before they stop selling it like bentley preiviously did. And I have to say longevity is not bad... 9/10

Is this one better than Tam Dao? Or Hinoki CDG?
Depends what you want, I would not say better. Tam Dao is one of the benchmarks for sandalwood (some actually say it's the best in the game, EDT that is) and Hinoki is also simply great woody scent.

@@deepakbadlani6959 interesting. They are usually cheap enough. If u like cedar, have u tried tam dao by diptyque and Joseph abboud (orange bottle). The diptyque is obviously better but abboud is worth a whiff
