    Videos like this is how i found Chris originally. I love his magic/cardistry/slight of hand videos. Then I fell in love with the beauty and intricacies of the puzzle videos, which eventually led me to his escape room/gaming channel. And now im head over heels enthralled with the Area52 channel. Everything Chris does and sets his heart and mind to is unquestionably breathtaking and remarkable. Been a long time fan and will continue to be a fan for an even longer time! Keep up the incredible work Chris 👏

    These types of videos are why I originally got into your content Chris. Watching you react and geek out over things in the magic or card world just gives me such a boost. Seeing people love what they do and loving what other are doing in the world you come from. Yeah the puzzles and all your other content is fantastic, but this always kept me coming back and keeps me coming back to rewatch your content. Don't change yourself and don't stop being the best version of you.

    These guys are totally amazing! Never heard of them before, but will follow the links.
    I am thoroughly enjoying Area 52. Such a fresh approach, where solid investigative work becomes infused into a storyline. I am learning details that have never been published to this extent. When a new episode lands, it is the highlight of my week (yeah, I know, get a life right.. 😂). Thank you!

    Cardistry like this looks like real Magic. when you know how something works (or should) and it still breaks your brain, that's real Magic. i LOVE watching stuff like this and seeing Chris' reactions.

    Wow.. that guy at the near end that made a triangle of cards that created an illusion that the card changed from spades to hearts.. genius!! That's magic..rest was just amazing slight of hand. Btw Chris, thanks for your subchannel area 52, remote viewing is a fascinating topic. That Uri geller guy seems like a colorful humanitarian. I remember him from my youth as the crazy spoonbender.. but now I got the nuanced version. So hats off for that. Keep rockin' bro!!!

    Hey, Chris. Thank you for sharing this. I love what you said at the end of the video about the sheer appreciation for the insanity of the sleights these guys are pulling off. Pure sleight of hand is what attracted me to magic 20 or so years ago. I never got anywhere near as good as you guys. But I still absolutely love seeing stuff like this. Also, it makes me feel a lot better about the art we love when we see some of the younger guys pulling off such amazing and ridiculously creative moves.

    Really love to see these again! Dope! I always want to help the algorithm for you, and think what you're doing is super cool. Some of us just aren't into puzzles as much as magic and sleight of hand, but I loved those reaction to reddit videos, your fresh takes and ability to try things along is just an awesome mechanic for a segment and works. That being said, I never want you to "play to the dealer", so keep making videos that make you inspired and that you love making, the rest will sort itself out. Keep it up man, great stuff. I subscribed to the other channel too and liked the videos, keep kicking!

    8:40 I remember learning this in The Trilogy by dan and dave when I was a kid, and the main principle was that the card(s) you want to flip in mid-air, are bent the opposite direction of the deck. Allowing air between the card(s) and the deck.

    • @KelaBeats
      @KelaBeats ปีที่แล้ว

      Can also do it with a deck flip! Or the cards slightly lifted on your fingers and snapping your hands down very quickly.

    That's one amazing video👍 thanks for reacting. And magic again 😊 I figured out the air/gravity. Although you might figured it out. The whole deck is turned over. Flipping the whole deck at once. No out needed. You could also do it with two cards. Making it a trick.. Like production. Or a change. I tried (not perfect) but it works. And the gravity makes it go fast.. Take care😁😁😁

  • @WuKingdom1
    @WuKingdom1 ปีที่แล้ว

    9:17 I can see exactly how he does this (granted, I had to slow the video down to see it). He's using his thumb and middle finger to hold the 2 cards just slightly away from the rest of the deck, and when he drops it, he uses his index finger to gently flick the cards, giving them the slight rotation. It's very clever and well done.

Doing tricks people never even imagined as a thing in just a chill presntation of the greatest genius to ever get on a skateboard. Everyone knows Tony Hawk but when you hear Tony talk about Rodney those are vibes i get from the video here doing the unimaginable things people decades from now will still go umm how how !?! and think this all occured so long ago and its still bonkers.
