I sympathise with him. It can be really disconcerting when I'm sitting in my kitchen having some coffee and I look out the window to see my neighbour trimming her sizeable bush.

Honestly these two stupid human beings are in judge judy's court room arguing over fallen twigs? When there are more important things going on in this mad world at the moment also the police have more important things to be doing rather than keep coming out for absolutely no reason what so ever they both should've been arrested for wasting police time.

I lived in a duplex for two years and never once had trouble with my neighbors. Wanna know why? We never talked to each other aside from "good morning/evening". It's so nice living next to people who mind their own business.

Anyone who’s willing to go on national TV and sue someone over a few trimmings that fell in his yard, is not the kind to help. His negative feelings for her started a year before this incident. He admitted that. He was out to get her. And JJ would have been more forgiving towards the defendant if she hadn’t used the bullhorn.
The fact that he disrupted his morning coffee to confront her says it all. My house would have to be on fire for me to do that!
Instead of helping the little lady to trim her hedges the big man makes a big deal out of some twigs. He clearly needs to eat more fiber.
One thing I learned never mess with old people and their property even if it’s something minor , one time I parked on the street side of an old lady house just to fix my gps and the old lady came out of the house and threatened to call the cops on me, they are crazy.

My neighbor's gardener trims the hedges between our properties and of course some fall on my side. Big deal, took a broom and swept them up. Took all of 5 minutes...I call it exercise. I swear people get triggered for all kinds of non-issues and why do it with a neighbor who you have to live next to everyday!
I guess you don't own a home next to a neighbor with no consideration or respect. You can help all you want, but your kindness will go bad.

I've lived in 4 states moving from job to job. Had a number of neighbors but NEVER had bad experiences. Until in my brand new house with wood fence. Next door neighbor breeding lots of Chihuahuas for sale was causing trouble. Noise and digging under the fence destroying it that one side fell to the ground , dogs pooping in my property , destroying my garden , ate even my roses. What dog eats roses? HOA dealt with it. Dogs were gone , their owner had the nerve to be angry with me giving me dirty looks since he had to remove all the poop and replace my landscaping plants. Not a word between us was the HOA warning.
The fact that she has an actual blow horn on hand says a lot.

Recently my crime was to start my lawn mower early 🙄 it's quite, even the police agreed. I'm lower class in a middle class area. It appears here most don't like me gardening for some reason. I often get picked on , called names because they know I'm shizophrenic
Yeah. People who complain about stuff like twigs, people not raking leaves in their own yard,stuff like that need to get a life. Unless it's totally overgrown and it becomes a health issue or something or there's a ton of junk in it, people who complain about other people's yards must have nothing better to do and it's lame. We don't rake our leaves in the fall. They are actually,by nature, supposed to fall,rot into the ground in winter and feed the roots of the tree. We don't mess with raking them. If anyone else is worried about it,they can feel free to rake them.

We have a short fence that separates our neighbors' backyard from ours. Along with that, we have tall bushes on our side that serve as privacy. In the summer we like to keep them nice and manicured. And of course we get debris that goes into their yard. We've offered to pick it up but our neighbors are kind and know we work hard to keep up with how they look because it's their view as well...so they actually appreciate it then complain about a few twigs in their yard. Happy we have nice neighbors!

Wow this is petty. I have had neighbors accidentally get trimmings on my side of the fence. Sometimes I do the same on accident. Not a big deal, I just pick them up. Just a good deal between neighbors, we help eachother.

It doesn’t. I think she was trying to use the sympathy card, and to show that the bushes hadn’t been trimmed in a while and she was trying to tidy up after not having done it in a while because of the accident. JJ was leaning towards her side, implying the guy was overreacting until the bullhorn.
At 2015 he retired...too much time on his hands🙄🤔 before that he was too busy living life to be worried about twigs
