I recently dove straight into every single restoration channel on TH-cam, and they've been playing in the background while I work, but yours is by far my favourite. You find these amazing old tools that desperately need and deserve love, respect the original design of what you restore, stay away from silly mirror polishes on tools that would never have had them, and you show a workshop that actually looks like a workshop and not a TH-cam video setup. I'm a fan.
That axe is great. I love the bottle opener, cause every sharp cutting tool needs a way to open your beer bottle. Also that chicken looks delicious. I am going to try and make that. 😋
Ура новое видео, здоровья вам и всего самого хорошего, очень интересно наблюдать за реставрацией и в конце тестирование с приготовлением разных вкусных блюд
thanks for putting the filter on the camera while welding and for telling whoever was calling you were busy. May you be well during these difficult times.
Another great video. I must tell you this, there has not been a single project that you have done that I have not been entirely impressed with. Always a pleasure to watch you work.
I have watched quite a few of your videos, but this one is by far the best I have seen. The restoration itself and all these little gags plus the mouthwatering meal - pure entertainment. Please never stop to make videos and I hope you enjoy it as much as the videos suggests. Thank you.
Love the look of that axe you sure made a great job of it. Glad to see your hand is getting better. Love your chicken meal I will have to cook it for myself. Take care my friend till the next time 👍👍👍😊😊😊♥️
This one has the holy trinity: 1. Tea 2. The cat curtain 3. Delicious looking food Also, I think this restoration is up there with one of your best. Well done and I'm glad your hand is looking better!!🥇

A cold beer with grilled chicken is internationally appealing! It's a wonderful thing that you fixed up a single tool to help in all stages of preparation! If I was a younger man, more fit for long travel, I'd love to come eat at your place! 😁👍❗️
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't the bottle opener in the center of the axe reduce structural integrity? Wouldn't it be a better idea to put it on the bottom of the handle instead?
Excellent video I have watched it few times that soviet axe is a really great invention, so nice and useful. You did the right thing when you decided to restore his glory.

I don’t know which I appreciate more - your restoration skills, or your humor. Good thing I don’t have to choose. Nice work!

That turned out super cool!! Especially liked the handle and vulcanised fibre used! Great job !!!
This better be one of those videos that gets put on the recommended page and gets 20 million views. It was awesome.
Thank you so much! ^_^
that would make a great camping hatchet...because of the bottle opener....so I guess that officially makes it a multitool...great work as usual!

Hello, yes you are right. But it is easy to open the bottle, not difficult, due to the lower part of the handle.

What are you using to remove rust? Great restoration BTW!!!
Hello, I used cheap rust remover, name is "yeetis" in yellow plastic bottle (550ml and 2L).
