What is the dome house?
A dome home is a house, with doors and windows like any house, except in the shape of a sphere.Dome houses this is the modern direction of the construction of low-rise buildings.
What is the EPS dome house?
EPS dome house is a house made by moduled ed EPS expanded polysytrene foam. it’s an insulation and hard and strong material suitable for construction.
EPS mode house are modular structures of many expanded polystyrene foam blocks with ready openings, where doors, windows, ventilation, etc. are mounted.
From a business point of view, it is a quick payback investment because the technology used allows you to build a house as quickly and easily as a child paly Lego blocks, plus the house can be installed on a small piece of land.

Bugs wont eat it, it floats, self insulating, can be coated with a shotcrete cement sprayer with color tinted durable cement fast, can be bridged to other domes or positions next to the wall of a preexisting square shaped house structure as a art statement type of addition to help make your home that much better than it already is.
You should consider selling half domes too, rather than only full domes. Keeping in mind that some customers would want to add these half domes as spare rooms to their typical square shaped houses. I think you might even sell more half dome than full dome kits, if you make a adaptor plate foam panel meant to attach to a flat wall of a square building.
Also, its best if you can provide the price upfront on your youtube presentations so theres no wondering about costs, it would be way more transparent than asking them to email for price which they may or may not want to do, but if you told em price upfront, they would definitely email you and order units knowing if they could afford such a venture or not.

Bugs and small animals burrow thru it and nest. I especially like the first course interlock tabs that funnel water into the center of the wall, not the outside. This might be for a very short term disaster housing or housing for un-housed of other causes. Fixing all the deficiencies of this system would be very costly and not durable.

I want to see this done with Autoclaved Aerated Concrete! Would be much more durable and easier to apply finish to the inside and outside.

The Aerated Concrete will also work if applied to the exterior of a simple geodesic dome constructed with bamboo, 2 by 4s, or even PVC Pipe, with some sturdy Cloth. The Trick is Cutting the windows and doors and finishing with hung doors and windows that can be opened and kept secure when closed. Well, the Devil is always in the Details, Right? In 2001, my wife and I built a 21-foot diameter Pacific Yurts Kit Yurt. in about 2 weeks to get it closed to the weather. We spent a couple of days with a surveyor's theodolite to position and level the concrete bases (8 holes about 24" deep, and 18" across) with 8"x8" upright supports for the platform. The platform was sections of 3/4" plywood sandwiching 6 inches of Styrofoam insulation!!!
The single operation that took the most time was cutting a series of kerfs into the 2"x8" boards that formed the circular edge of the platform. The kerf cuts allowed the heavy boards to be curved... took a few hours.
Last I checked, that Yurt had outlasted my marriage by 15 Years!!!. It was undisturbed by 80 mph wind gusts one weekend, even without guy wires.
Hey, I don't get any kickbacks from the manufacturer! I just really liked that Yurt. I would live in one of those again, in a heartbeat.

Well if ya slammed some basalt mesh on it, shot shotcrete onto it, then basalt rebar all around it (drill holes in the pad for the bars to sink into), and then shotcrete more layers, with basalt mesh, you would have a sold and insulated dome.....go inside and lime plaster the walls and its done.
Interior would need something flexible and not prone to cracking under any movement maybe
I always wondered why you can't inflate a dome-shaped vinyl tent, spray it with a foot of foam, then spray it with shotcrete. When the vinyl dome is removed from the inside, the walls would be smooth.
If you attached a steel mesh inside and outside then used concrete to build up a few inches, I bet it could hold up well
Staggering the interlocking pieces would do wonders for stability. What is the method of anchoring it to the foundation?

2 quick questions for You. What do You do to the cracks after You put this together???? The cracks I’m referring to are the puzzle cracks where You snap them together to form the Dome???? Are these Tornado, Fire, Earthquake, and Hurricane proof???? There’s a company here in the United States in Italy, Texas called Monolithic Domes that actually started the whole Dome building craze. I Myself am currently in the process of attempting to save up the money to purchase a Monolithic Domed Home in the future.

I can remember a few years ago, we had a drywall shortage and were left with no choice but to by Chinese made drywall. 6 months after instal, we had to replace every piece of crappy made in China drywall sheet. This stuff is made from styrofoam from who knows where. This fome can be very toxic if it isn't done properly.
Big question for chinese goods
Basically, they are all made of recycled plastics, with a lot of additives and volatiles
People got really sick and died from some of that drywall. I remember when it happened 1000s of Katrina victims new homes were condemned

Interesting but I have seen better styrofoam dome designs. The shape is not strictly a half sphere.
OK for storage but habitation would cause moisture problems.
The video could have been shortened to ten minutes and still have been as informative and the music became quite irritating after ten minutes.
The structure could be submerged about 3 feet underground to anchor and stabilise it.

Did you notice that the final top piece was reversed? Only that one piece.
Wow, I just got. The top piece is being pushed down by gravity and causing the other pieces to be pushed outward. Thus making those reversed pieces actually work as designed. Clever

Your EPS construction technique for domes is cool, and has many good qualities, but it is definitely not "geodesic."

Something tells me that if OSHA were present, this 2 hour build would turn into 2 days, with more 'inspectors' looking on, than it takes to put the dome together.
Gee, since it is Chinese maybe the workers are dispensable? No helmet working at height, unrestrained and unlocked wheels on mobile scaffold Easy to install fall protection rigging from overhead of building, but then, they are only workers, right! Cheaper to get a new chump than be safe. Go work for them if you want to feel you are "efficient".

🤔 i see major errors already. 1. Too many connecting parts to glue. 2. No solid base or brace. 3. No solid center pole for stability.
Summary: cracks from gluing/fitting all parts and distortion from wind around and top. This will end in buyer putting wiremesh and pouring cement around the structure.

Great, a Styrofoam house. Instead to create something sustainable, to work for the planet and for the nature you produce more chemical shit, more hazardous waste. And this in a time where everybody should know better about environment pollution. I would be more impressed, if something like this would be made out of wood or coconut fiber or similar.

This video is very painful to watch. There are too many hands and they don't seem to know what the heck they are doing. Three highschool boys will do this install better. And the dome components have very erratic tolerances like a poorly designed car having wide/narrow gaps. Very amateur video that will not inspire confidence on customers to buy. 😂😂😂😂😂
