Ryen your podcast is everything that is good about being a sports fan.
I don’t understand the Kyler hate
I used to hate on Kyler but his numbers WHEN healthy are top 15 probably top 10 and he turns the ball over less than Allen and dak. Just gotta be healthy.
Yeah and he has grown up a lot. This is a silly take
He's being paid as a top guy and hasn't lived up to that billing, its not hate just reality
Can’t stay on the field, locked in for huge money/years, and he’s a jerk who’s proven to be a non leader. Maybe he’ll grow up.
He's immature, he's always hurt and when he's not, he's barely a top 15 QB playing for a garbage team with little to no talent
The quick answer is New Orleans, Vegas and the giants
As a Giants fan, as long as Danny Dimeless is our QB, I go into the season with absolutely no hope whatsoever
I see you and raise you my broncos paying 90 million over the next two years to a guy who is not on the team, over-drafted a guy in Nix, and have Payton as a coach that keeps comparing everyone to drew Brees
Last year jones threw 4 tds in 11 games lol
Vegas unlike the broncos pats vikings have a duo of qbs they trust...the panthers have the qb they think but the roster is so bad we may not know for another year
@@razkablebeside Jordan love were any of his WRs even a 3 string on most teams lol
As a Cowboys fan: I am more than ready to let Dak walk, go play for the Raiders. Wish him the best. It’s never gonna happen while he’s here, so just sign Lamb and Micah and roll the dice
I’ve been saying the same thing but that’s too logical for Jerry
Y’all are spoiled as hell.
I keep waiting for you to start the pod with ..."What's up??!"

Not sure what’s more impressive, Ryen’s ocean view or the double microwave, oven, warming drawer setup in the kitchen
I think thats a built in espresso machine on top
The oven looks like a WOLF built in microwave with warming drawer
And he’s liquid.
The ocean view. Can buy a kitchen like that anywhere.
The view appreciate the kitchen though
The issue with Deshawn Watson is he has no reason to care about being great. 100% of his money is guaranteed, his reputation is shot, so playing well won’t restore his reputation, and I think he likes football but doesn’t love it. So he literally has no incentive but to do the bare minimum
I agree. I don’t know he has the maturity to play his heart out simply because he knows the Browns have invested a ton of money in him when probably no other team would’ve done that. Now he’s missed the entire preseason recovering from apparently an additional, but not supposed to be serious, injury. Stefanski said he’ll be ready to start in week one against the Cowboys. But having no preseason snaps is kinda tough to start the Regular Season “cold” like this. Especially a guy who has only started in 12 of the last 36 Browns’ games. A QB needs reps to get back into the swing of things, to get that “muscle memory” flowing again.
Tomlin gets a lot of credit for going 9-7 with loaded teams every year
The steelers roster is hot ass wtf
Murray in the thumbnail is crazy
Love Russini, but why is she whispering like there’s someone in the room with her and she doesn’t want them to hear what she’s saying
This autoplaying made my day
When has Justin Fields ever been “ballin?” He is 10-28 as a starter.
There must be something there though because so many media members slobber over the guy.
The good/spectacular play that media fall in love with. Followed by a fumble or head scratching interception to cancel it.
When he rushed for more yards in a season than Michael Vick buddy
As a Giants fan, it's the Giants. Jones stinks. They missed on Eli's successor and it's setting them back a decade because there is no plan b.
I'd rather watch Tommy Cutlets play all year and go for the top pick.
I don't know that anyone has a prohibitively bad situation. The teams with the worst QBs will likely be in a position to take one next year, and they don't totally hate the guy they have now either. You could say MIN if you wanted to; McCarthy isn't much of a prospect but you did spend a first-round pick on him, so what are the odds you pivot and go with someone else next year?
In a strange way, DAL might have the worst situation because their guy is a pending FA, hasn't signed -- I don't think any of us can say for certain he's staying -- and they're likely not picking high enough next year to draft Shedeur or Quinn Ewers. Dak himself would actually be a great fit for the Raiders -- if he wants that gig...
Quick note on DW4: People cite this 2020 season he had in Houston as an example of what he's capable of. That team was awful, and his stats were redundant to their success because they had no success. He threw for a shitload of yards because they were playing from behind most games. If THAT DW4 is playing for the Browns this year, that's probably NOT a good thing...
He could easily be a better QB in ways that don't show up on pro-football-reference, so long as he keeps the Browns in winning situations. Honestly, If I were a Browns fan, I wouldn't be the least bit concerned with Watson. Rather, my concern would be how Stefanski and Dorsey have designed this offense.
Also, you're right about Roethlisberger. That guy's a douche.
Watson has been fucking comically awful ya dork
What a dumb take! McCarthy is set up to succeed in MN. He’s surrounded by talented players.
@@saraxiong yeah, set up to succeed with that knee surgery. Congrats
@@evanschris103 people get injured! It’s a violent sport! wtf does injuries have anything to do with him being in a bad situation? Are you just an idiot?

Disrespectful putting Kyler in the thumbnail
Why? They are locked in to that walking injury at huge money for years.
I can't get that Rams 34-11 playoff game out of my head.
@@d3vp131literally has only had one major injury 💀
@@youngfuturesupreme3901 2 complete season out of 5. Maybe only one big injury, but he misses games almost every season and he will keep getting hurt as he can't play from the pocket at all. Can't see over his lineman so he has to leave the pocket and exposes himself to injury consistently.
19 combined games past 2 seasons
If a qb like Dak makes $60M per...what will you have to pay a qb who ACTUALLY WINS playoff games? 😮😮😮
RAIDERS.... nuff said.
I don’t think the Giants QB situation is really that bad. Panthers, Steelers, Browns Saints, Patriots all have worse QB situations.
You dumb?
A good barometer on whether a not a person knows anything about the sport and/or is a serious person, is how they react to Bryce Young. If they trash him because of last season, or say he's not an NFL-caliber QB because of his size, you can immediately dismiss them and better for it.
It’s fair to be a bit dismissive of Bryce Young even though he does have this season to climb back.
@@JakeYake When he has his resume, it sure as shit isn't.
If you watched Bryce Young backpack Alabama for two years, getting robbed of a National Championship (through injuries), and understand just how bad the situation in Carolina was last season, then there's no logical and coherent way you can try and shit on Bryce for the outcome. You can't ask a rookie QB to overcome bad coaching, a terrible OL and group of weapons, and a "meh" defense.
If Bryce Young was 6'4, he wouldn't be getting the flak he's gotten. If his name was Trevor Lawrence, Caleb Williams, Justin Herbert, etc. he wouldn't get the flak he's gotten. The hate on Bryce is entirely driven by the fact that he's an absurdly great QB who's a bit smaller and came from Alabama, that's it. The media doesn't like when QBs from Bama do well, and they've fallen for the lie about size in football.
@@ThatFalloutGod “if bryce young was 6’4 he wouldn’t be getting the flack” yeah no fucking shit, maybe he’d also be good? Are you fucking stupid? You’re really going to try to make a point based on the what-if-ism of adding 6 inches to the guy’s height? We all watched last year, he didn’t look good and he looked small. God forbid some people are out on him. Can’t fix stupid I guess.
@@ThatFalloutGod “if he was 6’4” he wouldn’t be getting flack,” wow, what an analysis. They should offer you a job. Maybe he’d also be good if he was 6’4”.
@@JakeYake Backpackiny Alabama in the toughest division in the toughest conference with bad coaching can historically only be done by bad players.
Kid, just say your IQ is 85 and everything you "know" comes from Madden. It'd be a lot quicker and less pathetic.
My raiders clearly have the worst qb situation
Yup especially because they’re never going to go 2-15 in a year with a great qb prospect in that draft or homegrow a talented/deep OL and WR corps to max out a QB like Seattle did Geno smith a couple years ago let alone what SF has done with Purdy.
Let's Go!!!
When "make it happen" QBs go bad, it happens fast and normally it's permanent
How you not mention rodgers and the saints situations...
Kyler doesn’t deserve to be put on this thumbnail.
Also it’s impossible to feel bad for Jerry when he could’ve done the deal 2 years ago and avoided all this lol
I never know if these talking heads mean "The Las Vegas Raiders" or "Sportsbooks" when they say "Vegas" 😂
“Everybody’s QB contract resets the market, is just how it goes” How does that make any sense? There’s only 32 starting Qb spots in the whole world and there’s good qbs coming into the league every year. To me, the only thing that this function does is allow Mahomes to rack up super bowls, because he’s the only QB in the league that understand how important a roster is to keep up.
The chiefs. Their only solution is to trade mahomes to the giants for a 3rd rounder.
hahaha the amount of sarcasm in this comment made me laugh out loud! truly well done

Idk if aiyuk understands the nfl salary cap. He wants to get traded to a good team that’s willing to pay him over $30 mil a year lol. Not gunna happen dude. You’re gunna play for the niners or for a bad/unproven qb and more money.
Within the year I could see NYG & NO targeting a unhappy Kirk Cousins
Dak is going to get a ton because he is going to be the most attractive TRUE free ageny of my lifetime.

All i know is watson won 5 games out of 6 last year with the browns of all franchises in a tough division and old flacco who was washed in 2022 somehow managed to win games for them and be good some quarters.....they have the roster to make a super bowl despite a limited qb who has real talent isn't a total game manager backup bum type...watson can just not turn it over and be ok...

Why did CLE do the D Watson deal? It seems/seemed crazy.
A superstar (at the time) QB came available after Baker had a couple stinker seasons and seemed like he was good but not good enough, meanwhile a roster thats still quite good top to bottom in hopes Watson can take you over the top? Makes sense from that perspective
@@adamtwarowski1053 Thanks.
Felt like desperation. They gave up on Baker, but didn't want to end up right back in the gutter that Baker helped drag them out of.

Why, why do you guys alway bring up money when talking about Browns QB? Art Model is dead! Browns current owner has more money than God!
