Campbell’s Soup Can posters... Well, Cash let’s think about that for a second. AndyWarhol - 32 different prints of Campbell’s Soups between November of 61 to March/April of 62. (Unfortunately, Andy beat that idea to death!) They’re showcased at MoMa (Museum of Modern Art)
Was about to type something similar to this. It's all thanks to Andy Warhol. I really want to visit MoMa, I will put it on my to do list.

Charles ONLY has 4K Subscribers? How can that be? ALL the units were very nice--especially in the West Village! The rents are... (SMH)... what can you say except for "but, for what you're getting...". However, those are good rents for the West Village. My favorite was the 2nd unit. I'd rather try and pay that extra $500/month for the fulltime doorman and gym. But then you'd have to add on the holiday gifting expenses for the doorman. etc. too. Overall, genuinely nice units!
Definitely the 2nd apartment. Yes you have to consider holiday gifts (altho I wonder how many of the millenials know about that) for the staff. I'm thinking at least 3 full time doormen & maybe a part time 1 covering days off & vacations, a super, maintenance helpers but you don't mind if the building is kept immaculate. & of you put some $$$ aside every month for that you won't feel it when the holidays roll around. The west village is ridiculously overpriced & overhyped imo & really even there stats are showing that certain crimes are rising. You know that 99% of the time when Charles is involved it's gonna be good. Only 4K subscribers is crazy.

That second apartment is fabulous! It looks like an apartment thats in brooklyn.
The first apartment has room for everything and is being nicely upgraded, but it's pricey! The second one is outrageously pricey but you get bigger rooms and more for your money. The studio is quite OK - except for the rent. According to Google Maps, it's a bit of a hike to the subway from this area. I would expect all three to be renting for $1,000 less, but NYC is insane.
Personally the kitchen in that last apartment would be a deal breaker for me. Way to tight.
Well it's the Village....if you are willing to pay ridiculous monthly rents Bedford Street is one of the nicest streets in the Village.

All have pros and cons. The area is maybe why the price point is higher. But it's NY after all! Very nice neighborhood with excellent shopping and cafes. Those steaks were amazing 🤩! Heading over to sub on Charles' site! You two are the dream team! Keep it rollin' guys! 👻👍

I live in the West Village! The safest neighborhood in Manhattan! Pricey, yes! Safe, charming and you'll never live anywhere else: yes, yes!!!!
Second place was the best imo. Rent was not that much more than the first place, but it seemed you got more space and a better kitchen. Just the bedroom alone was worth the extra money. Of course assuming you make the kind of money to afford any of these apartments.

I love the second and third apts. I'd love to own the studio. Rents are NYC average , second place had a lot of character but am really sold on the studio. I lived in an efficiency apt for about 2 years and I loved it. I loved the neighborhood, but it feels like you have the have a serious pay check to live there. 👍🍀

How many bedrooms did the first 2 places have, did I miss that? Those looked like they'd work for roommates. The studio looked really spacious and had a ton of storage as well, but still pricey. Good video as always!

So yesterday Cash broke some towel rails and he today he ruined a floor! Can't wait for tomorrow - lol! All 3 are pretty decent, well except for the prices! My fav is #2, better value and bigger. West Village is one of my fav neighbourhoods.

Like 'this apartment has a balcony too, but they share it with the AC'. Best one yet was the video you were pointing out the businesses on the street, when a dog started barking and the lil bugger was up on a roof. Nice area. The variety of shops and eateries are about the only things I miss about living in a big east coast city. The studio wasn't bad.

I just wanted to share that my 5 year old grandson asks to watch all of your videos and always picks out which room will be his and which would be mine as we watch and enjoy your videos. For the record we are in Tennessee and he is trying to convince me to move there.

Loved the 2nd apartment, but the kitchen for me would be useless because I love to cook & bake. You've got a nice entryway to use it as a genkan. Even the studio was acceptable, though I'd still need more closet space, even though they're generous with the closets. I think the parquet floors reminded me of my first apartment that I rented at 20 years of age in Toronto. It was a one bedroom; the bedroom had 2 large closets that were referred to as "his and her" closets. I loved that apartment and finally felt so adult. It had oversized old-school bathtubs and the bathroom was fully tiled in yellow with black trim. I lived in a 2 bedroom briefly with a roommate (never again!) and the tiles were Pepto-Bismol pink with black trim; the roommate never had her half of the rent when it was due, so when it came time to renew the lease, I asked the owner if I could rent a one bedroom that was available on the 5th floor; he was so kind and all I had to do was tell the roommate that the lease wasn't being renewed and she wasn't welcome to live in the building. She's the reason why I never wanted a roommate again. Funny thing is that I didn't feel guilty about telling her she wasn't welcome until a few years ago; by this time 30+ years had passed. I found her on Facebook and apologized and we're friends again!
Seriously, Charles has some top notch apartments; I'm going to subscribe to his channel. You'll still be my favourite though, Cash.
