I have the S27i. I like the bike but have some disappointment. The fan is crazy loud, like it is rubbing internally. Also the screen won’t turn left or right. It appears they tightened the nut that holds the screen mount too tight. They included a big wrench that fits that nut to adjust tightness of rotating screen but the nut is too tight too move. I contacted support about the fan and they said they will mail me a new screen because the internal fan cannot be replaced. Replacing the screen will no doubt fix the internal fan problem. However when I told support about not being able to pivot screen left or right they said that is normal. They are wrong. However I will address that problem after I get a new screen. The problem that bothers me the most however is the video. It pauses about every 5 seconds. The pauses are about 1/4 of a second or less. It is crazy annoying. I went online to research the problem and there are so many people with the same problem. There are even videos on the subject, even hacking videos to try to help with the video stuttering. I have very fast internet also, 850 Mb. So I know it is not my internet speed. I have tried 2.4 and 5 GHZ, nothing helps. As a side note my router is 5 foot from the bike. I will address this issue after I get the new screen. I hope it can be fixed since so many people have the same problem. Does your video pause every 5 seconds or so? To me it looks like your video pauses just like mine.
Returned my s22i today. Couldn’t stand the poor resolution and micro lags on screen. Would be 480p at best and stuttered every 5 seconds. Got 1GB download speed. Looking on forums it’s a known issue that hasn’t been fixed since Feb
Would this be better choice than the typical indoor bikes available even if one were to just use it for the incline feature alone and no ifit subscription??Have you had any problems with the electronic components with this bike or too soon to ask??
the Nordictrack bikes are definitely much better drive train quality, feel, and higher max resistance than almost any other indoor bikes I've reviewed. Peloton and Nordictrack are the kings, not many bikes compare to these. I have personally never had any problems with any of the Nordictrack electronics on the 3 bikes of there's I've had in the past 2 years, but I do know some people have had issues in the past. The incline/decline is 🔥 nothing else like it really on any other bike.
That’s a good question, I just looked at the mounting braces, and it appears that the four major screw holes on the S22i would line up on the S27i mount and likely work. I’m curious why you’re asking, is this something you have the opportunity to attempt or did you find a used tablet or something? Next time I am disassembling the bikes I can give it a try, no promises on when that will be
@@TailHappyTV My thought is, if the monitor is defective, you could try to get the bigger one - or, if you have too much money left, you just exchange it.

I think the only downside is they got rid of their studio rides.
All of the library is still available I believe. I pretty much always use outdoor rides when I’m on ifit, they’re great in comparison in my opinion
