True,but they are nice and remember the entire stretch is part of the new development going North along the coastline. It's possibly best to get property there now. It's also the 5th wealthiest city on the continent after Lagos and before Nairobi so it's a cosmopolitan city just like Joburg or Cape Town but it's definitely more green than any other City, even more than Cape Town obviously because of its warm Indian ocean effect

Guys, that house isn’t even close to the most luxurious houses in Durban. I live in Durban. This wouldn’t even make in the top 100. Where do you get your info? Right down the road from Zululami, which is a gated estate with many houses, is Zimbali Coastal estate and there are houses there for 10x the price. This is a nice house for sure, but not even close to the best house in Durban.
