Aw man, after 30+ years seeing one of these still brings The biggest smile to my face. I was 8 the first time i rode in one (sitting on my 2nd cousins lap), and i can remember back then saying that i would one day own one myself. Well, LIFE happens (having a young family, and a career), and at 42 years old I STILL crave one of these. I'm in Kansas though, and i haven't seen one IRL in over 10 years. Hoping i can find one here in my neck of woods before they disappear or the prices get into REAL road car territory. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
gosh i miss my pilot, now that im old it is about the only thing my body can handle now. it was truly the fumiest thing ive ever owned, mine was an 89 model, they were 7500 dollars back then when dirt bikes were only 1400, so many people would never spend that much back then. When i traded it in on a klx 650 dirt bike a guy came in and bought it from the dealer while it was still on my trailer, i was still in the office when it happened crazy but i've never seen another one here in raleigh nc, then or since. it was in flawless shape too ugh!!!
@@Rt-ig4bk I've had so many bikes honestly I think I'm traded it in on a KZ750 street bike, funny thing was it was still on my trailer when I was trading it in and they sold it to a guy that just happened to be driving by before they even unloaded it off my own trailer, there were none in the Raleigh North Carolina area I was the only one that had one
I’m galena ks and still own and play with 2 400’s and 1 350 I got cheap cause they weren’t running. Stripped m down to bare tube and rebuilt to running driving FUN buggies! We go to waynoka ok 2 times every year since 99
