Keeping a Wakesurfer in the Wave While You Drive a 180

- If more surfing is what you're looking for, check this out! I've seen people turn around with the surfer but usually ends up being a pretty big circle but doesn't need to be. It's kind of a waste of fuel and time you could be surfing! I learned that you can actually turn a pretty tightly turn when you get to the end of your run and then head back where you came from WHILE keeping your surfer in the wave. It's all about adjusting your speed to keep them in the sweet spot and then get back to your straight line with the surfer still gettin their surf on. And for the surfer, it's about where they are surfing while the boat crosses back over their rollers. Questions and comments? Put em below!

Is it the same with malibu/axis boats? With the surfgates opening on the sides. Seems like turning on the inside is impossible

Seems to be a variant of surfing germinated from too much money and time to waste.
Throw it in reverse if the freeloader gets too close ?
If other boats roller are coming,should we keep the speed or slow down, if keep speed the bow will enter the water >,
Keep the speed bc your bow is at it's highest. BUT, that doesn't mean if there's a massive boat w a massive wake. Take the proper precautions.

Why turn the same direction the surfer is on? Wake gets better if turned the other way. Atleast on my boat is better.
Waves can definitely be different on different boats but for the sharp turn around while surfing, I find that keeping them on the inside of the turn is the best way to keep them in the push. You can do it on the outside but feels pretty different to me.
