    Wow you say " à Québec " which is the right way to say to Québec city . Where as "au Québec " is about the province

    I have lived in Québec city for the last 43 years, and this is a respectful and true representation of the city. I like that you had a good time in the city and the surrounding areas. Yes, by coming in the summer, you chose the best of times to come as for the rest of the year, you could freeeeeeze!

    • @gilleslafreniere

      Though, if you come by mid-October and the weather is fair, you could have a wonderful time and see the myriads of snow geese migrating which can be seen at Cap Tourmente.

    That was a fantastic Video. We just came from Montreal and a day trip to Quebec. I was too afraid to fly my drone. Your shots were incredible! Did you have to get special permission to fly in Quebec? You have motivated us to travel specifically to Quebec next summer because there was so much we missed. keep up the great work!

      Thanks for the positive feedback ❤️ This is now one of our favorite comments ever😍❤️ as for drone shots, depending on the location, we usually use various websites and apps to know what areas allow drones and what areas do not! you could google it and bet you’ll find plenty!

    Guys, great shots but... you were pretty bold with your drone. I would never dare to fly over a crowded street like you did. Didn't you have any issues with people or the authorities? You also flew in the restricted airspace of Quebec airport when you filmed the two bridges (no drone flying at all there).

    Did you booked a tour guide in Quebec to reach these attractions?

    • @SherryandHadi
      @SherryandHadi  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We had family there and they kindly gave us a tour of the city.
      But you don’t have to book a tour guide to visit these places. If you’re driving there you can easily use your google maps. It’s not a very big city and it’s easy to get around

    • @bsharporbflat8378
      @bsharporbflat8378 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Old Quebec can be visited mostly walking and go along the discoveries. Maybe a bus tour just for spotting different places you want to see after is a good way to start. Those bus tours start at the Chateau Frontenac and last about 90 mins, they are hop on hop off and often include a boat tour. I suggest you do the boat tour two times, one during the day and one after sunset.

      Hi, because we don't live in Quebec, we're not exactly sure about living & finding a job, but while we were over there, we spoke English in parks, restaurants and stores, and we didn't have any major issue! Hope this helps 🙂

    • @frankiesab777
      @frankiesab777 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You could learn French, but it's needed to work in Quebec city. English is used of course, depending on the job type. But French is the only official language of the province. Lots of government jobs in Quebec city that use only French.

    • @PatG-xd8qn

      There are a lot of jobs in Québec city, but you will have to learn french (which isn't that hard if you're motivated)

    That did triggered me right aways : ... (Just my interest for psychology here if youre not interested about that, dont read) ...
    Something on the internet start to really get in my head ... why people struggle so much with the concept of pronuciation of Words and the pronunciation of Names ... they are 2 diff things!
    AND NO ITS NOT INSULTING if you dont know how to say a name right way !!!!!!!! ( if someone is insulted its because they dont understande the purpous and concept of grammar lol)
    Its so weird that people feel uncomfortable saying a Name incorectly and feel the AbsoLUTE NEED to be sorry ... everytime ... ITS OK ! NO WORRIES XD Just do some Minimal research ...
    ( [ Dictionary or GOOGLE : your words/name Pronunciation ],THE END... I did that In the last paragraph) ... when you think you have it, SAY IT !!! WITHOUT THE SORRY !!!
    Omg its so difficult to be confo when talking xD ... You know some backlash will come anyway, its the internet ... because of accents or just because people get trigger over nothing, the will get agro on the Sounds Differences even tho the Pronouciation is On Point: 0:46 thats a perfect exemple. ... dont be sorry, say it! ... who cares, ...anoying, and Its not irrespectfull to have it wrong !!!!!
    Imagine a name you never saw! boy oh boy if people would get triggered over that and fall on them over a simple ignorance ... Its normal to not pin-point the pronouncition of name, thats what a name is! there no exact pronounciation that apply to them, Its a Name! (Elon Musk Child is good exemple !!! (poor kid lol))
    Sometime they also have Multiple pronunciation (same letters/completly different sounds).
    ...
    and on the other side I see(/i mean hear) WAY to much youtuber&people saying a wrong pronunciation for words ANd even having a mutual disagreement with a friend on a specific words where it shouldnt be! Words are not supposed to be flexible like Names but more Specific consist and precise : they dont change from people to people like that!
    Dictionaries are a thing !!! Words have an important purpous xD dhuh!
    (for big distance(or pop. sizes) yes some differance will apear within a same language, but at those distance at this point there is also different languages)!
    Words Need a Proper Pronunciation!, that we are all supposed to learn approx. the same way (what ever the sounds and spellings) : (learn to speak it, learn to read it and beyond ... it comes down to the ALPHABET, the Basis!!! )...or there would have no point in communnication/languages or at least it would be confusing.
    Exemple :pro·nun·ci·a·tion
    /prəˌnənsēˈāSH(ə)n/ (

      Sorry I got Butt Head on that one
      but its actually an interesting aspect of communication and psychology ,.... which seem to go 100 miles over the head of the majority of the people xD
      Why thats appening ? that exactly why this text is here ... thats is interesting (scocial intercation/human behavior)
      Sorry for little inconsistencies if there are I dug my mind here :P and for the horthogrph, well my keyboard miss some keys its annoying af xD ...

    this accordeon french music in the beginning of the video is quite awkward. Our quebec folk music has nothing to do with that. Don't ever think you go to France and europe when you come to Québec, we and the french are not alike. That is two distinct cultures and ways of thinking. Concerning the european look of the old buildings, that was the way people were building in the past. There were that kind of building everywhere in North America except that they were mostly destroyed to make room for modern buildings. Quebec old buildings were saved just in time.
